It was the first store we stopped in that could tell us what they had in stock and listen to what we needed and pointed us in the right direction. We went to three other stores prior. And the sales people didn't even know if they had specs, they didn't know what they had in stock. It was embarrassing. They don't rush you, have they listen and they watch. We were delighted. We found the furniture we needed at a fantastic price and I can't wait till it's custom fabricated, and delivered!!

I have been a Sleep Number/Select Comfort customer for over 25 years and my current 21 year old mattress is still usable but having some small issues so I decided to replace it. I have been speaking with Rob Gallun by computer and texts for 2 1/2 years and I wasn't really ready to buy an expensive mattress when we started talking. My bed was still in good shape, but I knew there would be a time it would be needing to be replaced in the near future. He kept in touch with me Well, Rob texted me recently that Sleep Number was having a really good sale! Not only was it a really good sale, but it was a very rare sale. The type that doesn't happen very often. I met him at the Rockville store afterwork (the later hours made it so convenient for me to go after work). He greeted me like an old friend and I felt like he took extra time with me to show me the level of the different firmness with their computer system. He showed me the different levels of quality from each of the mattress models around my price range. I decided on the king size C4 model and two new king size pillows and still was within my budget! Plus I got easy interest free financing and was out the door in about an hour. I would highly recommend these mattresses and Rob as a salesperson.

Never pushy or trying to oversell and gave us time to check things out. This time ended up with the climate360 as the master in our house feels stuffy and really liked the cooling (and warming) feature. We also loved the foot warming, partial split and adjustable head and foot board. The smart features were great too. We also got sheets, a mattress pad and my husband got a pillow. All of the bedding is nice quality and we like all of it. We got a fantastic deal although the current sale for memorial day is slightly better. We are already sleeping so much better and through the night. I am pretty sure we will be happy with our decision and I look forward to many more restful nights!

I take sleep VERY seriously and appreciate the system they have to narrow down their selections. Edrees wasn't pushy, took his time to explain what he was doing when having us test out like 7 different models & their features, and then left us alone for a few to make up our own minds. It was a good processes and we felt good about the decision. This brands are all solid and well-known, and their process seems pretty tight. Give yourself an hour or so if you go, it's no surprise these things aren't inexpensive and you're going to spend a quarter of your life in bed, so make it count.

It has taken me several weeks to add this review; however after discussing with family and friends,…read moreI realized that I would be remiss if I didn't share my experience with other potential customers. My family and I are big advocates for supporting local businesses rather than big box companies. However, we expect from all, big or small companies, respect and exceptional customer service. This is not what I experienced at this store. I went into the store looking for a sectional and possibly also a dining table. The salesperson was very attentive and willing to answer my questions. Before purchasing the sectional, I decided to check out other stores that same day to make sure I was getting a relatively good price and wasn't missing out on something else. I returned to the store the next day with the intention of buying the sectional but this is when it turned.... I asked the salesperson if the price for the sectional was the best given I saw another couch very similar at another store for less. He told me to speak to the owner regarding the price. I told the owner that I saw a similar couch for less and he told me they weren't the same. Of course I knew that! I asked him what the difference was and he gave me a short response - the quality. Ok... that was a general response so I asked further, "what about the quality?" He answered, I don't know how to explain. After a few seconds, he said.. the fabric.. warranty. Alright so then he asked me "is this your first time buying a couch?" And I said, yes. He then looked at the salesperson and said, "you see". He then said, "how old are you?" I responded, 34. He then he said "you're researching like you're 17". I was dumbfounded. It was insulting as if age had anything to do with this. He was alluding to my ability to purchase furniture, lack there of. I walked out and will never return. He tried to say that I "looked 17" which was even worse given I am a grown woman and want to be treated as such. Age has nothing to do with shopping for furniture!!! If I didn't sound "informed".. take the time to educate me, your customer, as that extra step may take you a long way! Maybe it will get you more business vs. losing it. Respect and customer service is key!!!
