However, within a day or two of delivery, my husband's chair stopped working. I called the store on a Sunday, not expecting anything more than a few suggestions of what to do. Instead, a technician arrived at our door less then an hour later. He was unable to fix the issue. Peggy ordered a new chair, it was delivered within a few days and its been working great since then. Their promise to make sure that we were satisfied with everything was definitely fulfilled. I would truly recommend both their products and their excellent customer service!

We had an incredibly easy experience trying to order a replacement sofa. The product itself is excellent in its versatility, and the comfort of it was nothing like the conventional bean bags. He said it was very expensive. I looked very closely at the materials and mentioned that it was not real wood, either MDF or Particle Board with veneer as well as made in China. My friend said that is impossible as he was assured it was real solid wood made in Denmark. I said to him, I will cut part of his furniture and if it is not MDF or Particle Board I would buy and replace it. Lo and behold it was Particle Board. I am writing this review in hopes of reaching Sleepare's management team to resolve several…read moresignificant issues following a major purchase at the Tysons Corner location. Potential customers should proceed with caution regarding the store's post-sale communication, delivery tracking, and return policies. Our purchasing experience involved three major issues: Incompatible Recommended Products & Unwritten Policies: A salesperson heavily recommended a specific bed frame with storage shelves to pair with our chosen mattress and adjustable base. However, when the third-party delivery and assembly team arrived, they informed us that the frame and adjustable base were entirely incompatible. The delivery team took the bed frame back and told us to reach out to Sleepare. It took three days for the store manager to return our call, only to inform us that company policy does not allow refunds--only store exchanges. Crucially, this return policy was never provided to us in writing prior to or during the transaction. Expecting a customer to accept store credit for a store-recommended product that is physically incompatible is unreasonable. Delivery Delays Caused by Accounting Errors: We placed our order on July 5th, but delivery was delayed until July 23rd because Sleepare logged all three items we purchased incorrectly under other customers' names. Even after receiving confirmation that the items had arrived at the warehouse, it took over a week of repeated calls and emails from us to get a response and schedule a delivery date. Unfulfilled Items: During the sale, the salesperson strongly pushed an upgraded pillow, adding $90 to our total. This item was never delivered alongside the rest of the order. While the in-store sales pitch was smooth, the post-sale execution, customer service response time, and accounting accuracy have been unacceptable. Sleepare management should process a full refund for the incompatible bed frame, issue a refund for the undelivered $90 pillow, and address these service breakdowns professionally. I am open to revising this rating and updating the review once these outstanding issues are appropriately rectified and our trust is restored.
