Very bad doubled experience first time with Ashley and the second time with Guardsman Furniture Pro the protection plan company!!my furniture was ok, cant say anything about it, but the sales associate was not honest because he did not mention a word about this protection plan!all he said is you can order a cleaning for your furniture as many times as you need as long as you are not abusing your furniture, he just made me feel that he wants to sell the protection plan and that's it!! then I found myself stuck with Guardsman Furniture Pro the other company that they are dealing with the worst people I've seen in my life!no wonder why they have one star rating!! and all the reviews say that they are complete scam!!, I've been struggling with them for a whole year filling out forms, taking pictures ,drawing,sending mail, sending emails, making phone calls,and they never respond and when they respond they are not professionals they are rude finally they sent a technician who took some photos and when he went back they sent me an email telling me that I'm not covered!!really?!! and I don't understand what is the meaning of the food stains are not covered the sweat stains are covered!!what is the difference between food stains and sweat stains if he's going to use the same tools cleaning them?!! it doesn't even make any sense! Many times I've been telling them on phone and in emails that's okay I understand that I'm not covered,okay can you please give me my money back?!it's my hard-earned money and I just don't need your protection plan,and I never got a response,finally someone gave me the address in Michigan for them and I sent them a very polite letter asking them kindly to send me back my money and never responded until now for a whole month!! and I'm not surprised if they make a customer struggle for a whole year like that with no professional response they can ignore you they can ignore your emails they can ignore your letters and they will never give your money back!!I just wish if I could read the Google reviews about this Guardsman Furniture Pro company before making a decision! it's a complete scam!! please don't lose your hard-earned money with these people make sure if you're going to buy furniture from Ashley that they are not dealing with these people.. now my question for you Ashley, why are you dealing with these people ?!! if they don't care about losing business or losing their reputation,at least you have to worry about your business, if you continue working with these people you are losing business too! trust me! Shitiest experience ever!!!!!! "EVER!" AND IT'S STILL GOING ON! I just hung up the phone for the 4th time of being put on eternal hold by the so called customer service SUPERVISOR LUPE! It's been 2 weeks since we purchased 3 beds for our kids and our kids have been sleeping in the living room on a mattress on the floor and the coach! It all started with the delivery day! Supposed to come on Sunday between 2 & 6pm. At around 8:30pm a delivery guy calls to say they're down the street. 30 mins later a door knock and a drunk or drugged gangster looking character slurs out the words, "I pulled my groin, it really hurts and repeats himself 2 or 3 times!" That's how he greets me at the door! I look out to the street and there's a white delivery TRUCK NO ASHLEY LOGO NOTHING! And he's wearing black shorts and a black long T-shirt NO ASHLEY LOGO. The second person The Driver, apologizes and says we can't put them together tonight but can we deliver and unload the beds. I reluctantly except because he guarantees me he'll only take 15 minutes. After banging into my stair case several times they get everything in and leave. I call the Manager to complain and request a better crew to come put the beds together and not a sub contractor with no company uniforms. A better crew shows up but says that all beds are missing parts and they cannot put anything together. I then in the daylight notice that the bed parts are out of the box and the delivery people all though they claimed they preassembled some parts of the beds brought them in old tattered moving blankets. I call the same manager and he apologizes and promises me 3 new beds in the box. Here I am 3 days later and my kids have been sleeping on the floor for 4 days and I'm told that the manager is off for 2 days and no one is sure what he promised me but LUPE THE SO CALLED SUPERVISOR LOVES TO PUT PAYING CUSTOMERS ON HOLD! I'm spending my $2,600 somewhere else even though I spent $5,000 with them before apparently no one cares. And now I have to struggle through eternal holds to cancel my order! PISSED! read more

Oh my gosh!!!! I dont even want to give them a one star i would love to give them a negative 5!!! No one with any integrity should everrrrrrrrr buy from this store!!!! My husband has sold this product thru a major leasing company. I have Ashely products in my home right now!!! These sales people and finance people are sooooooo thirsty for money that they run a switch and bate scam!!!!!! I have been to this store on several occasions and one sales person says this and the next one says something totally different!!! I noticed they deal with most customers of not of my skin tone that dont know there scamming , switching and bating!!! So sad!!! I had a "manager Francisco" agree that they had posted a mark down sign that was incorrect!!! He then brought the sign out and showed us a backing that had nothing to do with the mark down sign!!! To save face then my husband asked him why would i look at the back of a sign......he then said quote unquote " any intelligent person would pick up the sign and read the back" unquote????? Wow I have been in the home loan lending industry for yearssssssss and would never ever treat any client the way Francisco and the manager of AcceptanceNow treated my family!!! I will be contacting the District Manager to inform him of the poooooorrrrr customer service that me and my family experienced. I had to go to the emergency room after this incident and found out I had a mini stroke!!! What the HELL!!!! Ashley please take a good look of the protocol of this Colton Store. Mr Morales told me he no longer wanted to assist me and I asked well as anyone here that can and he said no.. Mr Francisco said Fine we no longer want to do business with you after telling my husband he is not intelligent because he did not remove the discounted sign out of the casing and read nothing legitly associated with the mark down pricing. Keep in mind that any place is likely to have more negative reviews than positive reviews because people tend to more frequently write reviews when something goes wrong. I was worried at first about purchasing furniture from Ashley when reading the Yelp reviews. A quick browse of other reviews for other furniture stores will tell you that there are no good furniture stores to purchase from. My experience did not match what was on Yelp so I felt I needed to comment about my great experience. I went to Ashley without an appointment and met the sales associate Juliana. She was very helpful choosing a sofa that would work well with children and cats. She even spent roughly 30 minutes talking through how much space I had in my Livingroom and what would be a good fit. We even drew out the space together. She then helped me find a manager who lowered the price below the online asking price, including delivery/protection plan. The delivery is where everyone seems to have concerns, with broken items or missing pieces. In addition, the concern seems to be about the store changing appointments on people. This was not my experience. I received a total of 4 phone calls to confirm the delivery date and address. In these calls they also asked me if I would like to have my sofa delivered earlier. Juliana called me herself to do the same. When the delivery people came they worked fast and were willing to deliver the sofa where-ever I asked them to set it up. Carrying it in the backyard with about 100 degree weather outside. The sofa was as luxurious as it was in the store and the family immediately commented how great it looked. TLDR: 1. Por supuesto estoy hablando después de que a Ud. ya lo vacunaron con una compra de mas de $6.000 porque cuando eso quieren hacer no les importa hasta quedarse una hora después de cerrar la tienda pero Ud. no sale sin comprar. Para mencionar nombres esta un Sr. Francisco (Manager) el es Salvadoreno, nada que ver con los Salvadorenos los adoro. Pero este amigo Ud le llama y es mas facil localizar al mentado Trump que a esta persona, ya que nunca te lo pasan y si le llega el recado Jamas te regresa la llamada. Por supuesto el servicio que te dan las recepcionistas es despota y cortante, parece que te están haciendo favor de tomar la llamada. LLame a la corporacion y están cortados con la misma tijera, tal parece que asi deve ser la escuela de ellos, pero cuando ya miran la corporacion que es en serio entonces si te atienden. Mi sofa que compre ya me tiene con Estrés porque hay unos tubos que me atraviesan la espalda y me están presionando los nervios, donde ud pone los pies para relajarse son unicamente tablas ya que la esponja ya se oprimió, entonces si Ud. quiere relajarse este no es el sofa adecuado ya que lo estreza aun mas. les e dicho multiple de veces pero no les interesa resolver el caso. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ashley's Furniture. From the start, their customer service has been dreadful. After purchasing a sectional couch, I noticed several defects the day they delivered it. I mentioned this to the technician who delivered the couch, and he just stated that my floor was crooked. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. It took multiple calls and going into the store just to get a representative to acknowledge my concerns. Even worse, when a technician finally came to inspect the couch, he admitted there was something not right with the couch. However, when he wrote the report, he stated everything was fine. Ashley's Furniture then sent out another technician. He took pictures and stated that he did see the issues and concerns I was talking about. I was originally told by the salesman that I had 30 days to return the couch if I didn't like it. Apparently, this is not true, as Ashley's refused to offer any meaningful resolution. They did end up replacing only one piece of the sectional. This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better quality and service for the price I paid. I strongly advise against purchasing from Ashley's Furniture unless you want to deal with poor customer service and a company that doesn't stand by their products. My wife and I bought a new home and got furniture there. We purchased a sofa, kitchen table and a lighting fixture and the sales associate was super nice. I forgot her name but she was a mid age blonde lady but her co workers were horrible. We had to order our couch in pieces and she was trying to help us the best to her abilities but when she had to ask a manger if he could take the lighting fixtures down and to price the couch he was so ridiculously rude. He went to check for us and never came back. We spotted him from across the store chatting it up with his co workers and once we made eye contact he just yelled no we can't take the light down. (It was the store display on sale) The woman who rang us up was rude. The poor woman helping us was working her ass off and other employees are not only not helping but talking crap about her and being rude on top of it. Sure enough when we went to pick it up they gave us instead of a left and right armed seats they gave us 2 rights so we called and they said it's not there fault. After 3 days of calling they admitted it was there fault and delivered another piece of the couch and it was wrong again! It took them over a week and 2 tries to get it right. Never again will I be spending $1 here EVER. We still have to furnish a bathroom and 2 kids rooms and we will not be coming here. You employees are ridiculously rude and incompetent. read more
