WOW! "Employee ELLY" is SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! First I called regarding a mattress and she answered the phone and she wouldn't even say hi or hello. I called for a third time and she tried saying she was on the other line, when clearly she answered the phone and I could hear background noise!!! This is the nearest physical location to me. I purchased a mattress online and was pleasantly surprised at the virtual sales rep that assisted me. He was very patient and informative. The reason I went through with the sale was because I was given information that both my mattress and base would be delivered on the same day, the day before my move. Perfect! How hard can it be to confirm stock/inventory, right? A day before it's set to arrive, I receive a call form the warehouse that the base is not available and would be delivered about 2 weeks than the date originally set for. It's not the warehouse's fault so OK. I tried to reach out to Mattress Firm via online chat - no help. I call the 877- no help. I reach out to them via messenger - no help. I finally send a message via their website and receive an automate message that I would receive a response within 24 hours. That time frame was not honored and when I did receive a response, totally dismissed my frustration, not even an apology or explanation. Do yourself a favor - probably best to keep it in store and do not order online. read more

I have been looking to purchase a mattress for the past week and decided to visit this location in Rialto. I walked in and a girl came from the back and asked how she could help me. I expressed to her that I was looking for a mattress that is either a pillow top or spring. She sighed and asked "well which one do you want, a box spring or a pillow top?" I said that it is my first time there so I was hoping she could help me choose. Throughout the entirety of her asking me questions you can tell that she had an attitude or was bothered even though nobody else was in the store. I was shocked by how rude she was being and told her that she doesn't seem too inclined to help me and that it almost seems like an inconvenience. She said that she was just frustrated because her tablet wasn't working and I said that is understandable but that she does not need to project it onto her customers and told her that I would take my business elsewhere. I think your employees need to be more mindful of that because you guys will be losing sales with that kind of attitude. Would give the customer service zero stars if I could; so disappointing. read more

Very satisfied with this store! I went in last week just to take a look since I was in the market for a bed anyway because mine had been water-damaged. I was greeted immediately by Tony Morfin, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I told him right away that I would not be buying a bed that day though and he understood. I came to Mattress Firm on August 2019 thinking I was going get a good deal on a good mattress and boy was I wrong!!! It's been three to four months of nothing but stress and headaches. So the wifey and I purchased a floor model cal king mattress in good faith at a good discount/final sale price. The sales guy (Gabriel) was nice at the beginning (of course) trying to make the sale and offered us a 1 year insurance plan in the event there was something wrong with the mattress. For starters, we received the wrong mattress and it was a defective manufacture mattress were the entire left side of the mattress sunk completely in with no edge support. It was really bad that I came back to the place of purchase the same day we received the mattress and explained to the sales guy (Gabriel) what was going on and he said (sorry) I can't help you. It was a final sale and you had to check the mattress when it arrived. After seeing the mattress we chose a second time in the show room, we realized it was the wrong mattress. The sales guy then said, that I can help you with, since it was the wrong mattress. Sales rep claimed it was a ware house problem when in reality the sales rep ordered the wrong mattress. A couple a days later, we received the correct/replacement mattress and made sure it did not sink in and felt better than the first mattress. So I thought we were good now. Until 2 months later, I started having lower back problems. I turned the mattress around without telling my wife and she started complaining a couple of weeks later about her back too. I wanted to make sure it was just not me and wanted to proof a point. The mattress started having indentation problems and we paid closer attention to the edges, there was no support. I called the insurance company and filed a claim because I knew the sales rep was not going to help us. He did his sale and that's all he cared about. So a tech came and measured the mattress in different angles. After that was done, he said we had a bad mattress. The mattress was no good. Prior to the technician coming to take pictures of the indentations and condition of the mattress, I was curious and wanted to know the manufacture date on the mattress to see how old it was being that it was a final sale floor model mattress. I was shocked and sick to my stomach to find out that the labels on this mattress were cut. They were missing and I felt like we were cheated and scammed. As though Mattress Firm chose the worse mattress and send it to us. What did they care, it was a final sale mattress. This mattress was not cheap and having to continue to pay on a monthly basis for a mattress that I had no idea if this was truly a floor model or a returned defective mattress, did not sit well with us. I told the technician about the missing labels discovery the night prior to his arrival the next day, he said that would be a problem. I said put it in your report along with the outcome of the condition of this bad mattress and get back to us with a solution. A week or two weeks later, the insurance company called us and said Mattress Firm would reach out to us in another week or two with a voucher so we can walk into any Mattress Firm store and get a new mattress. Based on the technicians final report and what was going on with the mattress, Mattress Firm decided to replace the mattress. My wife and I lost all trust and faith and no longer wanted to do business with Mattress Firm. I filed a dispute with the Finance Company (Synchrony) and explained in detail our concerns as a consumer and how we felt cheated and disappointed with this whole experience, that we are rejecting the voucher and asking for a full refund back to our account. All of a sudden 3 to 4 months into sleeping on a bad mattress and ths whole process, the Sales rep reaches out to me trying to work things out and getting us into a new mattress for the price of a floor model. We denied his offer. It's now a matter of principle and I wanted to share this with the public/consumer's. I am not sure how many of you have experienced this with Mattress Firm, but you can decided if you want to continue doing business with this company. They are doing shady stuff and this is still a pending on going problem that I am waiting for a final resolution to this day. Until then.... Have a great day! read more

Had an amazing experience at this MattressFirm. Have been in the market for a new bed for some time now, and have been shopping around. Decided to come in because it's a relatively new location, close to my home, and they had an advertised "up to 70% off". As soon as I stepped in the door I was greeted and welcomed. Although the salesman was busy with another customer, he assured me that he would take care of me quickly. I was very skeptical of the salesman to be honest. If there's one thing worse than car salesman, its mattress salesman. But I was completely wrong when he began to help my girlfriend and I. He was a very nice, mannered man. The biggest thing was he was not pushy. I told him which mattress was the best one after test sleeping a couple of them, but told him it was out of my price range. He completely understood, and we went on to look at a few other mattresses. I had done some homework on a lot of mattresses, and I kind of knew what I wanted, but the salesman was very knowledgeable and was a big help in making a decision. We finally decided on the Sleepy's 10 inch mattress with an adjustable base! Although this mattress did not qualify for the advertised %70 off, the salesman did his very best to get within my comfortable price range, and I walked out with an amazing deal on my new mattress set!
