I got 6 which were put together by the Ramirez staff but the legs keep coming loose. It looks like 2 of the chairs had screws overtightened when they were being put together and the screw holes wound up getting stripped. 3 of the other chairs just have legs which keep coming loose. After over a month of constantly having to re-tighten the screws holding those legs together I decided to contact the store. The person I spoke with was very receptive to my concerns & said he wanted to stop by so he could see what exactly was going on. He came that sane day, apologized, took stock of the condition of the chairs & offered to replace them right away. It's 2 days later & my dining chairs got replaced today. So far so good. I'll update this should something go wrong but so far I'm a happy camper. Everyone here has been real easy to talk with & they've been very accommodating.

We were told delivery would be 2 days after the purchase between 6 am and 4 pm. Come day of nobody called or showed up. After my nephew came home at 5 pm I advised him to call Piña Furniture and get an update. After calling them, he was told that they would reach out to the delivery company and find out what was going on, said they would call him back within 30 minutes. Those 30 minutes passed and still no phone call, he had to call them about 10 times until someone answered. He was then told that the delivery would be between 7-8 pm. At 7:55 he receives a phone call with someone apologizing for not being able to deliver the bed. They promised his bed would be delivered the following morning between 6-7 am. The bed arrived at 8:30 am. My nephew paid an extra 80 bucks to have the bed delivered and put together. Piña Furniture didn't offer anything to atone for their mistakes. It's ironic that they received their payment on time but the product failed to delivered as promised 3 different times.

When I inquired why there was no box, the man said,"These are too big to come in a box. This is how it comes." Long story short, my husband wanted it loaded, so we could leave. When we got home & started to put the bed up, this is what we found. Not only was it used, it was a full & not a queen. The only reason I'm giving a 2 is that when I return the bed, the ladies in the office were cooperative. When I asked, "Does this happen often"? Neither of them answered, nor looked me in my eyes. We got the right bed, eventually, because I've didn't back down. What happens to those who are afraid to confront such bad practices? I'll NEVER shop here nor recommend this place again!
