We went with our son so he could get a new bed. It was Early afternoon and parking was easily at the location. We met Brooks who is a sales associate at the Sit 'n Sleep on So. Highland and Sierra in Fontana. The location was clean and the AC worked well on the hot day. Brooks walked us through many different mattresses after asking us a few questions to narrow the search. We settled on the right mattress and Brooks set up the payment and delivery options. The overall experience was great. It was easy and went quickly. It was a pleasure to do business at this store and I recommend speaking with Brooks if you're looking for a new bed. read more

We have now purchased several mattress/bedframes from this store. My primary reason for returning is the service that we receive from Brooks. He is amazing - so patient and really helps you understand what you need. If Brooks is there, I will continue shopping at this store as he is probably your most valuable asset. read more

We purchased a mattress from this location a king koil model#kkw-7821-ckm on November 12 of 2022. As of about 3 months ago the mattress started breaking down on both sides with a hump in the middle. Out of desperation I went and purchased a new mattress at mattress firm (which I'm glad I chose to go to another store) while purchasing new mattress the sales girl suggested we do a warranty claim since our mattress is not even 3 years old. I figured why not try but I purchased a new mattress anyway. Contacted customer service and they sent out a 3rd party inspector named Julio Guerrero from integrated bedding Groupon 9/19/25. He measured all points of the bed and pointed out all of the defects on the mattress but he disclaimed he is not in charge of the decision on the claim.. fast forward to today I contacted customer service since we had not heard back from them. Our claim has been denied,2700.00 dollars down the drain in less than 3 years. And now I'm stuck with a junk mattress I should have had mattress firm haul off. Do yourself a favor and do not buy a mattress here they do not honor their warranty claims. read more

We have exchanged our mattress. This mattress was comfortable from the get-go. I wish they would have allowed us to exchange our mattress when we knew it wasn't going to work for us. It was weeks of painful sleep for us. We've been buying our mattresses here for a long time but I don't think we will be coming back after this. It wasn't until I wrote my review that they were willing to exchange our mattress a couple of days early of 30 days. I was told that the Nectar mattress takes from 30 days up to 4 months to break in. I think that's ridiculous. read more

On November 22nd my mom and I visited the Highland location. We were immediately greeted by John Ruiz. After explaining what we were looking for and the challenge we were facing with the type of bed and preference he knew what to recommend. He was knowledgeable of the type of furniture my mom had and provided an example of the setup with the mattress options she was considering. The visit was quick, informative and friendly. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. The delivery was scheduled for the next day and on time. My mom was impressed!!! Thank you Mr. Ruiz for the excellent customer service! About a week ago, my mother and I went to purchase her and my father a new mattress. My father has dementia and couldn't go with us. Our salesperson, Brooks Bagby, was awesome. He was very patient with my mother as she was keeping my father's needs in mind as well as hers. He walked through the process of choosing the best mattress for them. He listened to her and made sure to remind her to take her time. In the end, we purchased the best option for both of them. We were worried that dad would not be willing to sleep on a new mattress because he does not like change, but to our surprise, he's been sleeping through the night in their new bed. Thank you Brooks for being amazing at what you do, connect and build trust with your clients. read more

Lousy customer service Popped in this place to inquire about special pillows for side sleepers or a pregnancy pillow , the salesman with the salt & pepper bob style hair was rude & got smart with me about my inquiry...like I didn't understand the meaning of neck support unprofessional! Saying all pillows are for neck support lol they didn't carry the specific pillows I was looking for . He should have just left it at that or gave a better suggestion for where I could find such . read more

Went to Sit 'n Sleep because my husband and I were looking for a twin mattress for our 7 year old daughter. Anita, who was really kind, helped us out a lot. We were looking at a mattress that had a 5 year warranty but Anita showed us another mattress with a 10 year warranty and had a similar feel to the mattress that had the 5 year warranty. There was a bit of a price difference but we thought it would benefit us more with the 10 year warranty. We also got the waterproof slipcover for the mattress too. Anita was knowledgeable, helpful, and so patient with us because it was our first time buying a mattress and we wanted to get something nice for our daughter. We loved that Sit 'n Sleep offers to haul away an old mattress and that they offer a 120 night sleep trial. Thanks to Anita for helping us out! We'll definitely come back when it's our turn to replace our own mattress! read more

Macy's SUCKS- Michael at Sit'n Sleep saved us! After waiting 5 months for a new bedroom set and King Size mattress being delivered to our Palm Desert residence- they only delivered the bedroom set and said mattress was no longer available. That was on a Friday. Great service, after being their customer for 45+ years. No wonder Macy's business is in the toilet. We called Sit 'n Sleep- directed us to Michael at their Fontana location. We went there, met Michael who really knows the business. We told him our needs, budget and delivery deadline. We picked out the perfect mattress and like magic it was delivered the next day which was Saturday. Even the delivery men were terrific. So finally after all the years of hearing "you're killing me Larry", it paid off. We will recommend Sit 'n Sleep! Stu Rosen read more

Our mattress was $3000 dollars. Their customer service was good, he let us try all beds. I expressed interest in financing. I thought it would be like any other furniture place, but no. It's a credit card. With a company I had never heard of, Synchrony. Nobody said anything about a credit card, it came in the mail 2 weeks later and dropped my credit score 100 points because the credit utilization on that card was 95% right off the bat. My fault? Their fault? Maybe a bit of both but I was in no way informed that I was taking out a credit card. read more

Stopped by here with my fiancée to checkout some beds. There was a sales person who helped me who was just covering but works in Murrieta. Tim Blackmon, didn't pressure us; gave us a run down from the low prices and high prices within the vicinity of our budget. He went above and beyond in explaining multiple variables regarding the care for buying a bed and warranty's and everything of which follows the process of buying a great bed. Came in as a first and potential customer and left as a happy customer as well. My fiancée loved the service of this company and location. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Went into sit n sleep because my wife was having some lower back pain from our old mattress. We were greeted by Brooks who from start to finish was amazing. He put us on the bed match machine to get a read on our exact needs for a mattress. After we got our results he gave us custom pillows, to help us with support as he took us to a couple mattresses and based on our reactions would send us to another mattress. After about 5-6 mattresses we settled on what we hope and feel will be the perfect mattress. If you're in need please do yourself a favor and go in store and meet with Brooks. Thank you so much Brooks we will be telling everyone to go see you. read more

I was in the market for a new mattress for my spare bedroom. Immediately, I thought to visit Eric Silberman, who I had purchased a mattress from before at the Victorville location. And to my surprise, I discovered that he had transferred to the newly opened Fontana Sit 'n Sleep! I was ecstatic, as this was so much closer to me and I previously had the best mattress buying experience with him. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Eric with a smile. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my mattress needs. I really enjoyed the bedMATCH experience and was quite fascinated at how it evaluated my sleeping patterns. My wife and I had shopped around different mattress company and stores. Including another Sit n Sleep store. We like what the salesman had to offer there. But we wanted to shop around a little more. We found this new Sit n Sleep store North Fontana, 210 and Sierra Ave Met Anita the salesperson. She was fantastic, knowledgeable about her products and knew exactly what we were looking for from getting some basic information from us. She showed us different company mattresses, but with the comfort she felt would work for us. We didn't have to waste time effort on some models. Anita suggested a few different models, but definitely left the choice up to us. My wife and I selected a Tempurpedic Pro Adapt with the adjustable base. Anita did not force any brand nor model on us. Just made suggestion and we took it from there. Out of curiosity we tried a bed out of Anitas suggestion and we were not at all happy with it We really appreciated Anitas knowledge and professionalism. We went in as strangers, left like we knew each other and were friends. Such a great and warm experience. Thank you Anita. Jerry and Karen read more
