POOR Quality Control! I purchased a dining table set. 4 of the 6 chairs I purchased were wobbly upon arrival. Spoke to the lady at the store and received excuses that thr chairs are balanced on a concert slab before being delivered. This implies that my floor is not level. My previous dining set chairs did not wobble on my floor. Now has to schedule a technician to come and fix taking another day. Unfortunately this has not been a good experience and i will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and not recommending Ashleys to anyone else for their service. read more

On Memorial Day weekend, I decided to stop in to take a look at the deals. Arianna did her best to show me around and let me know about the promotions. Although the promotions weren't great, I ended up purchasing a tempurpedic bed,bed frame, and the mattress cover. The bed frame price was reduced to $99 for the promotion. It was between two pillows or the bed frame, so it was an easy decision. I disliked that a coworker helping Arianna get me a deal, made it feel like they were giving me the best deal of a lifetime, when in reality I was pretty much getting everything at regular price. Gaslighting at its finest. After leaving, I was curious to see what deals the actual Tempurpedic company had, which was buy a pillow get one free plus, an actual discount on the bed, and $300 of free items. After comparing the totals, I realized I didn't get much of a deal so I tried cancelling the order. A representative from the company called me back and ended up giving me 4 pillows as well as price matching the mattress cover. Delivery service was a success. Had no issues other than having to remind them to send me the 4th pillow since it originally was on back order. Overall, decent experience. read more

So when I was going to order a bed and a wardrobe they told me it was go to be at my house in 2 days but no. We bought a brand new bunk bed from this store this past weekend. Delivery and install was set for today 4/25 and the delivery guys show up and install half the bed stating they were missing hardware to complete. Told us we will need 7-10 days for hardware then can schedule another trip. Highly inconvenient and a waste of time. Brand new and cannot come up with the entire bed & hardware. About 30% of the furniture was ok but there were several pieces that came broken that they wanted to cosmetically repair. No option to replace broken or damaged furniture. Told on the phone before coming in that they had power-lift recliners that could be taken home that day. Both salesperson and the manager they called over were ignorant of how the chairs worked. Once we got that figured out and chose one, we were told as it was later in the day, we couldn't pick the chair up until the next day - ok, not unreasonable. Told to call for pickup appt as soon as we got out of the store. When I did so, was informed that they couldn't promise it would be ready for pickup until 3 days later but that it might be available earlier so to make an appt for 3 days later but to call each day to see if it was available early. Called the next day: nope, not available early, stick with appt on day 3. Called the next day: now not even going to available on day 3, make an appt for day 5. Really don't appreciate the bait-and-switch on the delivery time, especially as we told them throughout the process that we needed this for a 90 yr old who had just broken an arm and could not get himself into and out of a regular chair with his remaining good arm. read more

I would give store in Colton a 5 star rating based on Myra's wonderful customer service, and her managers willingness to help us find what we were looking for. They both totally deserve the credit for being undersranding of what we need and how much we could afford making the sale of our item so much easier. Unfortunately the warehouse staff appeared very inconvenienced by us coming to pick up our 1 item, a simple mattress in a box, because they were closing soon and "needed to get up out of there", This was at 5:30pm and the warehouse closes at 6:00pm, plenty of time to grab a simple box and allow us to leave with our purchase preventing an unnecessary trip back. The reasoning was that the order hadn't come through yet, we provided proof of purchase and documentation. Interestingly enough the woman said that the order didn't pop up and would wait to see if it was there, returned my paperwork and told me that she didn't need it because she has the order....sounds like someone didn't want to have to do the work during their last 30 minutes on shift... There were multiple staff standing around doing nothing which made this even more frustrating. The gentleman tried to help and ended up personally pulling our order and even loaded the items into our vehicle. One person, or one department can ruin the total experience due to their unwillingness to assist a customer. It's unfortunate because the floor staff on the sales side was wonderful and Myra knocked it out of the park. read more

Never buy Furniture from Ashley. I bought a set of the dining table, 7 pieces, with protection insurance. The insurance is a scam. The warranty for the repair of 5yr furniture protection plan with the company GBS is a joke. We email them numerous time, never get a response. We have many cracks and wood separation from the dining table. The insurance plan is just more extra HUNDRED for them to make money. They will not take a phone call. Email is the way to contact them. Poor customer service. Very poor. Buy furniture from the smaller furniture store instead, you will get a better price and better service. read more

Customer service is horrible after you complete your purchase. My husband and I spent $10,000 we were told we would have everything delivered within 2 weeks. It is now 1 month later and we are still missing most of our order. Ashley's does not call us we call them we are given delivery dates and they never show up or call. We call them and are told or purchase is on back order. We call the store and they hang up on us we call back they send us to customer service then they send the call back to sales and they again hang up on us.
