Delivery and install was set for today 4/25 and the delivery guys show up and install half the bed stating they were missing hardware to complete. Told us we will need 7-10 days for hardware then can schedule another trip. Highly inconvenient and a waste of time. Brand new and cannot come up with the entire bed & hardware. I purchased a sectional in-store and because the store was remodeling they did not have all there stock so U purchased by coffee table on the iPad upon purchasing the coffee table I was told if I don't like it I can return it to the driver upon delivery and I would get refunded and when the drivers delivered the product they refused to take the table back and was told to call the store within 48 hrs and I have 90 days to return . I called the store and s/w the rep that sold me the product and he told me he would tell his manager and to wait for a call never rcvd a call then called there main office that refused my return after I explained everything to them . Then I went to the store 3 times and called 3 times and told to wait for a response from corporate and I am still waiting . I don't understand why u say something and do not complete your promise what is $450 table gonna break the bank for a super giant like Ashelys . I would give store in Colton a 5 star rating based on Myra's wonderful customer service, and her managers willingness to help us find what we were looking for. They both totally deserve the credit for being undersranding of what we need and how much we could afford making the sale of our item so much easier. Unfortunately the warehouse staff appeared very inconvenienced by us coming to pick up our 1 item, a simple mattress in a box, because they were closing soon and "needed to get up out of there", This was at 5:30pm and the warehouse closes at 6:00pm, plenty of time to grab a simple box and allow us to leave with our purchase preventing an unnecessary trip back. The reasoning was that the order hadn't come through yet, we provided proof of purchase and documentation. Interestingly enough the woman said that the order didn't pop up and would wait to see if it was there, returned my paperwork and told me that she didn't need it because she has the order....sounds like someone didn't want to have to do the work during their last 30 minutes on shift... There were multiple staff standing around doing nothing which made this even more frustrating. The gentleman tried to help and ended up personally pulling our order and even loaded the items into our vehicle. One person, or one department can ruin the total experience due to their unwillingness to assist a customer. It's unfortunate because the floor staff on the sales side was wonderful and Myra knocked it out of the park. read more

We ordered a bedroom set with a cal king bed frame, which on their website states a depth of 94.5", they delivered a bed frame with a depth of 91.5", which on their website states that this is a king size bed frame. Our mattress fits so tight that we can't put sheets on the bed. They sent a technician out to check out the problem and was told that their bed frame sizes can vary and that there is no problem and that the issue is resolved. They basically are telling us that their cal king beds and king size beds are the same size. The customer service has been terrible as well with one phone call being hung up on. This is an ongoing issue with legal steps pending. Beware before you buy here. Will make an amendment if issue is resolved. read more

I ordered a bed via Ashleys website. Upon receipt we realized it was the incorrect size. Ashleys customer service stated the only way this could be returned is via their warehouse with the customer covering shipping costs. I asked if there were any exceptions where I was told NO. Found my way here after attending a doctors appt some where close. This is the largest Ashley store with the most inventory selection around. Masks required, and appts. When we walked in randomly we were greeted and asked if I had an appt. Naturally, I was confused and said nope. The response was "that's ok, we take some walk ins as well", ok. Wrote my name and I was assigned someone to take me through the store. The stories are correct , this place is Huge! However, being a woman on a mission, I quickly ditched the person assigned to me while she talked to my mom and did what I do best. Scan and shop. I hate spending hours , pondering on "do i like it? Will it work?" Nope! As a Marie Kondo says "if it sparks joy, that's the one" after taking a good look and scanning the entire store I left with a feeling that although selection is a lot, I'm a picky girl and I want what I want. Unfortunately for the store today , they didn't have what I wanted. Mom was Gung-Ho about this store and luckily the salesperson that was helping /chatting with mom wasn't overly pushy and helpful when I had questions. I appreciate that. There is nothing worse than having someone breathe down your neck when wanting to take a moment and marinate on a Vision or a thought. On Memorial Day weekend, I decided to stop in to take a look at the deals. Arianna did her best to show me around and let me know about the promotions. Although the promotions weren't great, I ended up purchasing a tempurpedic bed,bed frame, and the mattress cover. The bed frame price was reduced to $99 for the promotion. It was between two pillows or the bed frame, so it was an easy decision. I disliked that a coworker helping Arianna get me a deal, made it feel like they were giving me the best deal of a lifetime, when in reality I was pretty much getting everything at regular price. Gaslighting at its finest. After leaving, I was curious to see what deals the actual Tempurpedic company had, which was buy a pillow get one free plus, an actual discount on the bed, and $300 of free items. After comparing the totals, I realized I didn't get much of a deal so I tried cancelling the order. A representative from the company called me back and ended up giving me 4 pillows as well as price matching the mattress cover. Delivery service was a success. Had no issues other than having to remind them to send me the 4th pillow since it originally was on back order. Overall, decent experience. read more

February 24 I took my 93 year old mom to the Colton Ashley Store to buy a recliner. My mom sat in the chair and felt the chair was what she needed. However, once it was home, after half an hour the position of the chair puts all the pressure on her spine. When I went to the store to ask if we can exchange the chair that had not been sat on, the Saturday manager was super snotty and basically said, "Ashley doesn't care about comfort"! My grandmother who is 93 years old went into the store and told Philip that she needed a chair that the legs would go up with electric motor because she couldn't do a manual anymore. He sold her a chair that lays completely down flat like a bed not just the feet like she asked. Went back to the store and was told we had to talk to a manager.
