The furniture didn't hold up. You pay a lot but not great quality. The warranty sucks. The warranty was not explained well. Buyer beware. I will NEVER shop at Ashley Furniture again. Customer Service was friendly, but the process to get someone to come out to repair is about 4-5 steps and you must prepay for a technician not even knowing if they will show up as scheduled. I've spent close to $6,000 on furniture at Ashley and had the worst delivery and repair experience ever! Delivery was for camp which is an hour drive from my house. First delivery was a night stand, leather recliner and bed frame. The bed frame didn't have all the legs. Sigh. Second delivery was for a dresser. Delivery time was 10:30 a.m. that got moved to 11, 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, then 5. I was tracking the truck and at 4:15 they were on Route 81 way past my exit so I called customer service and cancelled the delivery and I headed home. At 5 p.m. my neighbors called and said the truck was there. I should have had them refuse the delivery but didn't want to take another day off work so back to camp I went. I had to move a 161 pound dresser into my camp myself. Ashley thought they were being so gracious by refunding the delivery fee. How about reimbursement for my inconvenience and having to take a full vacation day instead of a half day or how about reimbursement for having to drive an addition 2 hours because their team didn't cancel the delivery? The following week they scheduled the date to fix my bed. What a joke that was. They sent one person for a two person job. My 70 year old husband had to take the lead on the rebuilding of the bed as the repair guy had no idea what he was doing. My sales rep keeps telling me he's talking to his manager about my terrible delivery experience but it's 2 1/2 weeks later and nothing has happened other than I have a "special special" discount next time I stop in. Awful quality furniture. Worthless warranty. No customer loyalty. Sell it and forget it. Ashley Furniture Monaghan couch. Cushions sagging after 1 year.. Cushion support randomly stapled along a 1x2 frame which is stapled to a front board. Most of the staples are out. That's all that supports the cushions. Couch is sagging all over the length of couch. Love seat as well. Nails in rest of frame are just rapidly and randomly shot until something stuck if even. . See picture of 10 plus nails in one corner. No support or feet in middle of super long couch. Definitely should be. The front frame is bowed. First in store complaint about sagging cushions which I thought it was originally resulted in manager saying you sure you didn't mean "kids were jumping on couch and now it's sagging" which would have been covered under warranty. Submitted insurance claim and was denied with a vague denial. Customer service sent complimentary cushions and repair support system. I tried the cushions which were ok however the support still appeared to be sagging. A few weeks later I went to lay down on couch and heard loud snap and observed from lower board bowed. I filed insurance claim and was again denied. I took bottom fabric off and observed the problem and the sloppiest workmanship and QA ever. I went into store and I thought I was getting somewhere last week as I speaking with manager who was as helpful as he could be, when another guy was later determined to be the GM asked if he could help. They also made mention that the cushion support system had been redesigned on the newer couch. He had me text him the pics and was drafting up an email coming from him. Which supposedly would have had some clout and also avoided me having to completely re tell this story again and again. They checked inventory for a replacement to swap it out with and were figuring out how to get it as a swap or close to swap as possible. The GM then decided it was best to push the frame warranty issue due to my pictures as his first option. He was gonna call me back by Friday. Fast forward to following Monday, still no call. So I call and ask from the GM who wasn't available. Ask for a call back. Get a call back from the store manager rather than GM and get a sorry, we're not going to be able to do anything for you and he mentioned maybe being able to discount on new couch if I come back in for one. This purchase (1 of several over the years) was for couch, loveseat, oversized chair, ottoman and.... Wait for this title... the - platinum ultra premium protection plan. The price I paid for the couch (alone) 2 years ago was literally half of what it cost today. For same couch. So if I want to buy a replacement couch, they "will try to help me out on the price". We bought the Ultra super platinum ultra protection plan and find out this isn't covered nor is it covered under frame warranty for this extremely poor construction. After 15 plus years and thousands and thousands of dollars, I'm completely done with Ashley Furniture for ever. Such a shame. Sell it and forget it. Stunned at how bad not only their customer service is but the furniture I purchased was repaired 7 times in 6 months. It still was not right but the "one year warranty" was up so I had to speak to my "extended warranty" people. Let me tell you, they are WORTHLESS. I had purchased a dining room set and the tacks holding the leather to the chairs have popped out, the legs on the chairs have broken off, the cupboard doors under the tabletop will stay shut, and all you have to do is bump it and it dents and scratches. I ended up trying to go through the Better Business Bureau and let me tell you, they are just as worthless. Now I have a very expensive, terrible looking dining set. NEVER again will I spend one dollar there. Can't even sell it for even a part of what I paid for it as who is going to pay for a broken set?!?! NEVER AGAIN!!! Never ever buy a piece of furniture from this place, we purchased a three-piece set of and tables and coffee table that we had to have replaced three times and it still is splintering !! We first purchased the table there is a triangle and had four barstools and the bench, the finish kept wearing off the top of the table they try to repair it once it happened again, they replace the top and it happened again they told me I should be using a tablecloth on a beautiful so-called dining room table I bought because it was so unique, And after they replaced it they told me I had to buy a new warrantee for the second one which made no sense and I refused and made them on her a new one for free. I'm writing another review because I don't want anyone to go to this crappy store and get taken advantage of like we did. We bought a really expensive table from Ashley and within months, the chair legs broke. We called Ashley and let them know that multiple chair legs were broken from the base of the chair. They said they were going to send us replacement legs and they only sent us 1 chair leg e months later, which didn't fix the problem because the legs were broken at the base. We had even requested for someone to come out and physically fix them from Ashley. This whole process lasted approx 5 months of going back and forth with them and waiting...and waiting... and waiting. We have since moved out of state and since every Ashley store is different, we are unable to take our chairs back to just any store. Instead Ashley in Syracuse suggested we drive aaaaallllllll the way back to Syracuse from Washington D.C. to drop our chairs off to get a refund... are you serious?? TLDR: Good in store, horrible delivery service. You have to pay $100 for delivery, but they will only deliver on a specific day not of your choosing, they won't give you a time, and to try to get it on a different day is impossible. So basically you pay $100 for them to deliver it only when it's not too much of a bother for them. FULL STORY: First the information they give you is wrong. The "important delivery information" says call between 8am - 6pm Monday - Thursday. I called at 8:15 on Tuesday and it tells you the hours are 8:30-6. Then I called back at 8:30 and had to wait on hold for 10 minutes for "high call volume." Then a guy answers only to tell me the wait is going to be longer because they're taking care of calls that came in last night. I decide to call back later. Second call. Finally get ahold of someone. They tell me they can't deliver to my area till mid April. I'm calling on March 12th, the earliest they tell me is April 12th. I ask them what time of day because I work on Fridays. They can't even say if it will be morning or evening, so you have to be home all day. Not even cable companies pull that nonsense anymore. I tell the girl it has to be a Wednesday or Thursday because those are my days off. She says ok, then she says she can have it delivered Monday, Friday, or Saturday. Wow, ok, thanks for not listening to a word I said. I repeat that it has to be a Wednesday or Thursday. She says she has to contact the "logistics manager" and she'd call me back. She never called back. Day 2. Third call. Same situation. I explain everything this time with a different girl. She says she has to call the "delivery manager" and she'll call me back. I decide to go into the store and talk to a manager. The manager has no control over shipping, but she looks up my info and it says that the girl I talked to did put in the request and I'll receive a phone call by 4:30. She also says there are no notes from the day before, so the original girl didn't actually do anything. I ask her to simply cancel my order, but she can't do that. The only people that can cancel an order is the delivery department. Fourth call. Someone, supposedly a manager from corporate this time, calls me around 4:15. She says she's calling to set up my delivery and offers me......April 12. I explain the situation to her and she says to get a different day, she'll have to call the "shipping manager." I explain that the first 2 girls I talked to were supposed to do that, and this phone call was supposed to be the one where they had already talked to this mysterious manager who no one seems to know the correct title for, but absolutely, most definitely exists. She says she's looking at my info and none of this is in my info. Even though the manager at the store could see the info, and she even added more to the file. So after 2 wasted days and dealing with a completely incompetent staff, I ended up canceling the order. This was the Liverpool store. read more

Trust your gut. Went to Raymour and they had the sofa set for MUCH cheaper than Ashley. They offered it with free delivery. I decided to give Ashley a try and see if they could beat the price. They matched it (without the free delivery). My main issue, I ordered the couch on 11/30, it's 12/31 and I still don't have the couch. The receipt said 12/21, but they told me "it's just an estimate". The new estimate is 1/13. Takes a month and a half to get a couch lol. Not worth the hassle. read more

Go in for trying , touching and seeing products. Then get a clear description of the item and check your other local stores like Dunkin Brite. In my case at Ashley Home Store they wanted a total of $4000 after sales/discounts/delivery/protection for the same exact sectional set available at Dunkin Brite for just under $2500 after purchasing all of the exact same items. Do you homework they have significant markup in their stores compared to competitors that sell Ashley products. A previous experience should have taught me a lesson when the pushy sales person tried to get me to close on the purchase of an item that was over $200 cheaper on their website. You'll notice that often with the store products online they are cheaper through the Ashley site then if you buy from the retail store. Your best bet is to go in the store, try and then buy online or check another furniture retailer. read more

Bought a mattress from Ashley 2 months ago. It indents down so much that I can't breathe and almost fell off the side in my 9 months of pregnancy. Working in health care I knew right off the bat that this mattress is a health and safety concern. Called them to get it reviewed by a third party inspector. He wrote in his report that mattress was damaged, was quite concerned, and emphasized that he will press on getting it changed ASAP. I get a call from Ashley's corporate office saying the mattress is indeed, indented and slid off from the sides but "not enough" for it to meet the warranty guidelines. They don't even follow their technicians recommendations and the company is run by scammers, who send defective pieces and turn their backs on their customers after. Having worked in retail I tend to give lots of leeway to companies when it comes to errors, many times the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. However, I have finally lost my patience with the abysmal (putting it nicely) customer service with AshleyFurniture - 愛室麗家居. We purchased a bed almost two months ago and still dont have it. Afyer waiting several weeks for delivery due to COVID backlogs they delivered the wrong bed. Promised to get the right bed to us the following week Saturday between 12-3, called that they were running late that day, then called to tell us they didnt have the mattress we ordered. Sat around all day for the second time waiting only to have yet another mistake. Said they would need to reschedule delivery again, but of course couldnt promise when. I will never do business with this company again. Their concern for their customers is atrocious and I would recommended going just about anywhere else. read more

I Purchased a Bed in a Box (needed to fit up my stairs at home) on December 9th at the Route 57 location in Liverpool, NY. I explained this was a Christmas gift and that I didn't want this yet. I was assured it was in stock anyways and would be tagged for me to pick up on December 21st. I went in December 21st at 5:20 after my second job not realizing pick up is Tuesday through Saturday till 5 PM. I asked if there was any way i could grab it myself as it was in a box. The "manager" Allison then told me she would do that but it appears that the mattress was indeed there and it was sold to me but it was resold and shipped out. They didn't have the mattress. I told her I wanted to talk to a manager and she informed me she was the manager. She worked on it for about an hour while I was in the store. Wanting to give me a 10" mattress I ordered a 12" (I want the extra thickness as a box spring wont fit up the stairs and it goes on a platform bed frame). She said she had a regular (mine was a Hybrid) mattress that was more expensive. This was not in a box I cannot get it up my stairs so I could not do this. She said she had her bedding manager in the Batavia Store which the computer showed they had one there and she was coming back to Syracuse Monday the 23rd. I explained I am having a procedure done and will be unable to drive to pick it up but might be able to get someone. She (Allison) offered to deliver it personally if the other manager could bring it the 2-1/2 hours from Batavia to Syracuse. This could work but no one could verify physically if the mattress was there. Allison gave me her cell number and was going to call me Monday with the findings of the Batavia Mattress, No calls, No Voice mails. Monday comes and its 350 PM I receive a call from Ashley trying to schedule my Pick up. Pick up of what? So I call back (PS don't press for scheduling or for customer service they will not pick up the phone but they will every time for "sales") I called Allison and it went to her voice mail on her cell 3 times. So i called Sales at her store where Walter didn't want to hear it and hung up on me. I go back to the store where i Purchased the mattress from and explain what is happening. 2-1/2 hours later I left the store being called a Liar by an employee on Facebook that none of this happened and I probably didn't even go to the store only called the 800 customer service line...AS I WAS SITTING IN THE STORE! Also Being said by the customer service rep that he would say something but was raised by a good women to respect his ELDERS, as well as being Product Shamed by asking if I purchased a clearance Item or a Bed in a box. The manager here said they had a few of these mattresses in Batavia and was emailing critical email to see if it could get on a truck in the morning coming to the other store in Fairmount for me to pick up Tuesday the 24th. So other than getting my money back its wait and pray. She called me Christmas Eve at 830 am and said the mattress DID NOT make the truck. I told her to cancel my order not to even think about charging a restocking fee and if it didn't happen immediately there would be repercussions. It is now the day after Christmas but she said "MY Bank" could take up to a week to process the credit. As far as I am concerned the mattress being 2-1/2 hours away it should have been shipped overnight directly to me. I could drive and pick it up though she said... On Christmas Eve day, but they couldn't get it to me. Their Customer Service is more than lacking it is straight insulting and hurtful. I will never go to Ashley and will make sure everyone I know or come in contact with see the messages the rude customer service person wrote on Facebook and how they cannot even get a mattress correct. Oh and if you spend more money it is still a no customer service scenario, a friend of mine spent 10K after losing her home to a fire and her stuff came damaged not once but twice and missing parts! Finally she couldn't wait again having NO furniture and settled they gave her a whole 100.00 STORE CREDIT for the damaged furniture she paid full price for. read more

So 5 weeks later I call for an update. Left 2 messages. Tried to use their "text Message" feature. No replies. Went to the store in person. Sales staff at Liverpool store is great, but the service after the sale is horrible. Set delivery date for a couch and it was canceled the day before even though delivery was confirmed by phone. A month later set delivery for a mattress to come in 4 weeks and delivery was confirmed and this time they didn't even bother to cancel they just didn't show up. Offered minimal compensation for a wasted day and no mattress for a guest that weekend. Will not go back Mattress was supposed to be delivered a week later and they just called to canceled while we were waiting for delivery apparently it's damaged and now will have to wait again. Unbelievable! This company is so unreliable I wish I went someplace else Will be waiting 8 weeks for a mattress apparently they have managers answering customer service calls and no one can make a terrible situation right. Update: Customer service reached out to me after this review and for my inconvenience rescheduled the delivery date up 4 day earlier. THEN when they called to give us the delivery 3 hour window, a couple days before the new delivery date, they advised it would be ANOTHER 5 WEEKS before it could be delivered (a timeframe of 9 weeks total from purchase to delivery). After explaining that was unacceptable, they offered a refund of $75 (on a $3000 sofa) We decided to cancel the order after weeks and weeks of being pushed around and lied to. To make matters worse, when we called to cancel the order, they wanted to charge a 12% freight cancellation fee. FOR WHAT? No product was ever moved and according to Ashley Furniture, the sofa was still being manufactured. So nope....I will never shop there again. We ended up purchasing a sectional sofa from Raymour and Flanigan---Delivery offered for the next day, better quality, only $95 delivery, gave us a great deal on price and protection plan. Do yourself a favor and skip Ashley Furniture. Buyer Beware--The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Our initial shopping trip with the assistance of Matt was pleasant--he walked my husband and me around the store to show us different sofas that would fit what we could consider to fit our needs. This was the weekend before Thanksgiving. Knowing that Black Friday/cyber Monday would most likely result in sales, I specifically asked about pricing. Matt assured us that if the price decreased due to sales, we could just come back and get a price match even after we had purchased our sofa. We left that night with a couple in mind, but wanted to have the specific measurements to see how'd they fit in our living room. The next morning, we came and and purchased the sofa and protection plan and was given 60 months no interest financing. We were instructed to call in a couple days to schedule delivery. That following Monday, the very sofa we purchased was considerably cheaper on the Ashley website. 21% cheaper-which is a big difference for a $3000 sofa. As instructed by Matt, we went back into the store and advised of the sale. Matt wasn't working so we were assisted by a manager. From the very minute we began to assist us, this manager had an attitude and was speaking to us like our request to match the price on their own website was unreasonable. After debating over price, his solution was to reduce our financing from 60 months to 12 months no interest, increase our delivery charge from $169 to $249 and then reduce our purchase price 21%. His reasoning was that the website financing and delivery were those levels and if we wanted to match the price of the sofa, we had to match the increased delivery fee and the reduced financing. Matt never expressed any of this to us at our initial shopping trip, because if he had, I would have just purchased the sofa directly from the website and not had to deal with this nonsense. I call on Tuesday to setup my delivery and the promised "about 2 weeks" was actually 5 weeks. 2 days before Christmas. (By the way, if I would have ordered it from the website, the quoted ship time was 1-2 weeks.). But at that point, I'm already upset about feeling like I'm being pushed around, so I hang up with a "it is what it is" feeling. Black Friday approaches and I check the website. It's listed cheaper than our initial discount by another 10%. We went back to the store for another price match and dealt with a woman at the service desk. She was pleasant, but was unsure of how to match the price. After a while, she was able to reduce our purchase by another 10%. No rude manager involved this time. Cyber Monday rolls around and it's another 5% cheaper than what we paid--unable to make it into the store to get that reduction, we lost out on that. The whole situation and feeling like I was lied to so the salesman Matt could get his commission makes me want to cancel the whole order. The sofa won't be delivered until 2 days before Christmas and we aren't getting the financing promised for purchasing it in the store--plus increasing the delivery fee was just a big punch in the face just because of the manager's very rude and lack of customer service. We picked out a king sized bed mattress and frame. Three to four weeks after purchasing this bed and waiting for it to be delivered we were notified that the bed had been discontinued and they were not selling them anymore. The store was unsure if I'd be able to get it. They told me that I could have the floor model for the same price and everything. I said now I have to think about it. So after deciding that I really wanted the bed, they took almost $600 because it was going on clearance but of course didn't offer me that after it was discontinued. I set up for the bed to be delivered which they only come on Friday's to this area. They were supposed to come and set up the bed with "white glove delivery" 1/24 but were unable to because there was something missing??? Somehow? Wasn't explained that. Took $100 more off for the inconvenience. Now today they are here delivering the bed. I was told it was a 4:30pm-6:30pm delivery time which seemed pretty late. Had my wisdom teeth out two days ago and SO not home to move the old bed out so when I got a 2pm automated call saying that they'd be here in 20 minutes I had to go upstairs and get the whole room re arranged and broken down. When I came back downstairs to ask if they'd be able to complete the 4:30 time frame because of my wisdom teeth and no one able to help with the bed they said they'd call the manager. They left, without telling me anything. The manager called me saying "no one was available at time of delivery, and that I then refused delivery". I said please have them come back and deliver it now, I will make sure everything is moved. NOW. They're back and moved everything upstairs. The bed, mattress, box spring, etc. are all in the room and then he has me sign. I say "you guys are going to get the bed all hooked up and installed right" and he said "they said just to drop it off". Now I'm here so frustrated and upset that I'm almost crying out of frustration. IF I WENT THROUGH ALL OF THIS & PAID FOR "WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY" I SHOULD GET IT. Store(in Liverpool) had great selection and the sales person Derek was friendly but while searching for furniture he said at least three times that it takes up to eighteen days for arrival because it was made to order. I got home and called the next day to schedule the delivery and they told me it would be 35 days. So after I got upset they rushed it and made it for 28 days and went on telling me that their policy is 14-28 days for delivery. I said ok that's better than 35. Then on receipt it said I ordered a twin/full frame for my queen mattress so I called and the manager Sean said it's a glitch in computer and that it will fit my queen. It got here and of course it doesn't fit! So I probably will never be back unless it's worth it read more

I would recommend avoiding Ashley Homestore and at the very least the one in Camillus, NY. The initial order went fine, but since then they've been a nightmare. The purchased items are already over a month late with no true delivery date set yet (as of this review). They provide no updates to their customers if delivery dates get extended, so it's completely on you to follow up. Following up is beyond difficult, b/c they put you on hold for as long as 45 minutes and likely longer if you call at the wrong time. Once you get a hold of them, they seem confused and just push your date off even further. Do yourself a favor and go to China Towne. read more

I don't normally write reviews- but I had to call Ashley Homes about some pulling that has happened on my cushions- we have had our love seats since 10/17. The factory warranty has run out but we had purchased the 5yr extended warranty. We have family, kids, grans, puppies- Ashley has sent us two new cushions to the house. Yes, we paid for the warranty but there was no hassle. Still happy with the love-seats and the service. read more

This occurred at the Liverpool location.. We purchased a couch set and purchased the 5 year extended warranty. It felt like buying a car with a used car salesman they tried to over charge us by 1,400.00 the internet price was a lot less for the same furniture. So we complained they were reluctant to give us the internet price but eventually did but not before they said the internet delivery fee was going to be a lot more than their store delivery price but the internet delivery price was also 100.00 cheaper. That was just the start. After purchasing the furniture we were going to get a 300.00 gift card upon delivery of furniture well they forgot the gift card and one of the couches had a bent frame. They refused to put it back on the truck and said a tech would be out to look at it. After 3 hrs the recliner mechanism broke! I called them and now there sending a replacement couch. Now that we received our 300.00 gift card we went to use the card and after picking out a mattress we were told it was not covered by the gift card and a Ashley gift card is not a gift card it's a store credit and it did not include mattress. But no where in the disclosure did it say does not cover mattress. So I had a few choice words to the manager of the store who was a complete ass. So we left and called another store and come to find out the mattress we wanted was covered in the store credit so we went to that store and completed the transaction with no issues. But there gift card is not a gift card it's a store credit and has many disclaimers that are not listed so beware! Now with there extended warranty we were told if we don't use the extended warranty in the 5 year period we would "get our money back" so what there disclaimer say is that you will get it back in a store credit to use you don't actually get your money back so now you will have another crappy store credit. You will be lied to and deceived at this store I recommend you find another place to spend your hard earned money!! Hope this helps your decision. read more

So it appears my original review is now gone, but I still feel very strongly about this store so I will repost it and keep checking back to make sure it's still there. So a person from the delivery center called me and left a message regarding the issues with my original order and he didn't seem to know that that order was cancelled or that more than just one minor piece was missing. So I called the number back and got yet another bitter woman lol. He didn't happen to leave his name, only a number.She didn't seem to be able to find who left the message not did she care anything about the mess I just went through with your previous delivery, which correct me if I'm wrong, that was her department. SO she went right into trying to set up delivery for the new bed! I tell her due to the mess up previously I would need a Saturday appointment (I later called back and asked for an evening appointment since the paper says 11-7pm) the first girl scheduled me out to August 6. The call back lady saidThey can not do just an evening because the delivery center it self has to call within 3 days and provide a time but I need to be available 8-6 I believe it was.....ok so being that so many people CLEARLY and majorly messed my original order why isn't this considered a special circumstance where all efforts are made to accommodate me? I'm not asking for royal treatment but for multiple mistakes on the part of your company why are so many of the reps so bitter and abruptly insensitive to a custOmer. Why am I having to wait two more weeks for a bed that I originally ordered over a month ago? It's so unbelievable the level of customer service this company has shown me on multiple occasions and there only be two individuals even slightly concerned with the issue that was caused by the companies employees? read more

This store and the people that work here are amazing. The sales people care so much for their customers and help them to get them the best prices for their purchases. They match prices and don't give you a hard time about it. Have shopped there several times and bought two apartments worth of furniture. We recently had a delivery issue and went back into the store and spoke to Allison the manager about it. She was so nice and so helpful. If anyone is looking for furniture I would definitely recommend going to Ashley in Camillus before anywhere else. They have such a huge selection. Let me start by saying I HATE furniture shopping, but the woman who helped us today is a breath of fresh air for the customer. We went in today to browse and our sales lady was outstanding. She did greet us, and left us to do our thing. We did not feel "pressured", "followed" or Uncomfortable in anyway. When we were ready we had a question and she got every answer to what we were looking for and more, all while being helpful and informative instead of pushy. We ended up purchasing the living room set, and were not only provided with excellent service , but a great deal. Our sales lady was Fuada, and if you are remotely interested in anything I would go in and ask directly for her. Of all the things to shop for, furniture is my least favorite. Fuada changed our furniture buying experience and is a prime example of what excellent customer service is. I will go through Ashley again in the future as long as I can work with Fuada. Went to buy a mattress. Sales person offered us a store credit and free pillows. Went to order it and were told that he would need manager approval to give us what he'd offered (we never asked for any of this.) Said he'd call back the next day. No call. My husband called and the guy wasn't even working. We were told sorry, no store credit. Fine. We order the mattress anyway and the delivery date we are given is over two weeks out (!) We were told by two other companies they could have the mattress for us in two days, so we decide to cancel our order and go elsewhere. My husband then gets a call from a manager telling us that any other store is going to have a 7-10 day window of delivery as well. Just called R&F and they are delivering our new mattress Monday, no gimmicks. Such a frustrating ordeal with dishonest salespeople. Take your business elsewhere! read more

She made me feel right at home, no pressure salesman approach. She gave me direction,suggestions and best of all space. I spent 2 plus hrs in your store picking out everything for my new home I'm building with my husband. We made a return visit a week later and made our purchase of Living in Room furniture a complete Bedroom Set and some accessories. To all of you out there who is looking to buy a Bed set furniture. PLEASE Keep in mind that You might not be seeing it for 3 1/2 month like in my case. I bought a Bed set, couch and sofa. The Sofa & Couch wore delivered as promised. Took about 3-4 weeks. The bed set is still not delivered! I bought it in November 2016, for the 3rd time they promise me to deliver it now by end of the Feb 2017. Only God knows if I even will see it then. PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND. In a time where customer "service" seems to be fading, Ashley Furniture in Syracuse went above and beyond to help a customer! Connor greeted me at the door and provided attentive but not pressuring service. He listened to my needs and made sure that he did everything within his power find the right piece of furniture, at the right price, in the right time frame. It was no small feat! I will never buy from Ashley HomeStore or recommend them to anyone that I like. I went to the store on 11/16/16 to purchase a bed & living room furniture. I made it clear I was moving on December 1st and would need the furniture by then. They assured me I would have the furniture by then. I picked out $2500 worth of furniture. I called on 11/19/16 as instructed, to set up delivery. They told me they couldn't deliver until 12/9/16. I explained that the salesman had promised we would receive our furniture by 12/1/16, they came back with an offer of delivery on 12/3/16 which I accepted. They called on Tuesday 11/29/16 stating they couldn't deliver my furniture because they didn't have a driver. I explained I was moving and had absolutely no furniture, so this was unacceptable. The woman said maybe she could get my bed delivered, which makes no sense. If you can possibly have my bed delivered, why can't you deliver the rest? I asked how much it would be to cancel my order, I was told there was a 12% restocking fee. So after going back and forth it was decided that they could deliver the bed, and part of the the couch on 12/3/16. They called n 12/1/16 to confirm delivery for 12/3/16 between 12:45-3:45. So I made sure I was home all afternoon Saturday (12/3/16). I received a call at 3:42 from corporate stating they couldn't deliver my furniture, they didn't know why, "the wires must have been crossed." I told them to cancel my order and I was NOT paying the restocking fee since they couldn't hold up on their end of the deal. read more
