Found both online at Metro, full size, for a price of $289.00, tax and delivery included. I didn't expect a great deal especially since I didn't want to pay big bucks for what will be an interim stay. Immediately following purchase I received a call from Mark to discuss delivery schedule. He told me that I would receive an automated call giving me a 5 hour window for delivery. That came yesterday. This morning at 8am I received a call from the driver telling me he was 20 minutes away. I did not expect the driver, whom I am sure works out of a Buffalo warehouse, to do more than just drop the mattress off. Usually the case in online orders. Nope. He and his helper took both to the former dog's room and set everything up. Took all packaging with them. I was thrilled! I'm actually surprised by the negative reviews, as from the moment we walked in, our salesman Steve struck the perfect balance between offering advice and allowing us to make our own decisions. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, volunteered some important information we didn't think to ask about, but was never remotely pushy. He encouraged us to feel at home and take as long as we needed. He had us try out their most expensive, fancy bed so we could compare to what a top of the line mattress would be. We spent hours trying out different mattresses, comparing prices and asking questions. We decided on a bed and he helped us with financing, which went extremely smoothly, and we set up delivery for that following Saturday. Our delivery appointment was set up for between noon and 3, but they showed up early, around 1030, which was fine by us. Their delivery guys were very friendly, worked fast and efficiently, got our bed all set up and were on their way quickly. Our bed was priced at a comparable, reasonable price for anyone buying a king sized, name brand bed. We went with a Tempurpedic mattress with an adjustable base and it's been great. In the couple weeks I've had it, I've actually been completely pain free for the first time in a while. I'd recommend this location to anyone!

The sales person was a delight to deal with, she had good product knowledge and gave us the information we needed to make a decision. The highlight of the deal, was the delivery! These two fellas showed up at the appointed time and were quickly unpacking and installing our new furniture and they even removed an old piece of furniture. After all these years of doing business I just don't see the point of shopping around because this place is where service lives.
