Recently moved to the area, and I was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Eyebrow shaping was fast and affordable, and she did a great job. I appreciate that she wore a mask. Though she is good at what she does. But oh Lord!! She is so rude, arrogant and doesnt know how to treat her customers. It was my first time visiting her and never going there again even if she was the best in the town. I was late for a few minutes and oh my god , the way she gave me the "eye roll" as soon as I enterand kept talking about how busy she is. There is a way of talking and treating your customers. I love it here!! I've been getting my eyebrows done exclusively here for the last 6 or more years and Anna kills it every time! I made the mistake of going somewhere else once and they jacked me up, so after some time I saw Anna and she fixed me right up! She's incredibly nice and funny and knows how to keep a conversation going to take your mind off the hairs being pulled out of your skin. She does eyebrows really well, but if the owner grows comfortable...she'll give you unsolicited advice. It's border-line insulting, like how your hair color doesn't suit you..or you look Mexican even though you correct her and say you're Indian every time. Less talking..more threading. read more

This used to be the only place I would go. Now the owner hired another lady and the past two times I've gone she's threaded almost my whole eyebrow off. I literally went in yesterday and told her I just wanted some shape but to keep them thick because I had been growing them out and i now have the thinnest eyebrows I've ever had I wanted to cry. I will not be back again they lost my business. I'm embarrassed of my eyebrows now I'm so angry. read more

Great place for threading hair removal and the prices are extremely reasonable. And threading is so much better on skin than waxing and results last longer. Small place, so maybe a small wait, but no reservations required, and results and price are definitely worth it. read more

So glad I found this little hidden gem! My daughter and I wanted to try threading for the first time. After reading Yelp reviews, I decided against the place in the Natick Mall and opted instead for a bit of a further drive to try Ashland Threading Spa. I called about 11:30 am on a Friday to ask if they had time the same afternoon for two brow appts. She scheduled us for 2 pm. We arrived and found street parking no problem. The place is tiny but very clean and nicely set up. My daughter and I were able to get done at the same time. The ladies were very nice and seemed extremely experienced at their trade. I didn't find it to be any more or less painful than waxing but the result was very clean and precise. The fee at $10 seemed just right. We both said we would definitely go there and again and recommend the place to friends! read more

This is the only place I get my eyebrows done now. They come out so great and last longer than waxing. It does hurt a little, but no worse that waxing and my skin is right back to normal within 30 minutes or so. I would highly recommend going here. read more

This was my first eyebrow threading experience. Easy to find and plenty of street parking in front. I was very warmly greeted as I walked in and felt very comfortable. The space is very neat and clean. Being my first time, I was a little bit nervous but that wore off quickly. I can't lie- it did hurt. But it definitely was tolerable and over with relatively quickly. I was very happy with the results. Owner has 12 years of threading experience and that was obvious. Very reasonably priced. I was told I only have to come back once a month. Very happy and recommend Ashland Threading Spa to everyone. read more

My friend told me about this place and felt I should give it a shot. First, I love the pricing; the owner doesn't try to overcharge you at all and I have the option of using my card to tip her (which I prefer since I don't always carry cash). Second, she takes time on your brows. When she looked at my eyebrows she told me how they're different shapes and how I should let them grow out to make them the way I've wanted. She pays sooo much attention to details! She's super friendly and my eyebrows look great! read more

I've been here twice. The first time I had an excellent experience and was happy to come in again. The second time there was a different technician. She threaded very slowly, which caused a lot more pain than I am used to (I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 5 years now). When she was close to being finished, her personal cell phone rang and she answered and threw me the mirror. One side was clearly a lot thicker than the other side. When I asked asked her to even it, specifically pointing to the location which was on the bottom, she decided to take more off the top making them look even worse. At this point I left without trying to have her fix it. My eye brows now look awful, to the point that my boyfriend and friends made a comment about them because it's that obvious. Will now need to wait and completely grow these for several months out before I can get them fixed somewhere else. read more

A great experience. My eyebrows took less than ten minutes, they took they're time and the ladies were very quick and attentive when I walked through the door. The space is very tiny but honestly two chairs and enough space to move around them is all you need. I didn't give five stars only because it's my first time visiting but overall I am very satisfied with the whole experience. I will return and tell friends about this place. read more

Great at what she does but terrible location AND is always busy. The wait to get done is always atleast 25-30 minutes till she can start you and does not take appointment. Her studio is also in a terrible location and is extremely hard to get to especially during rush hour. Even though she is really great at what she does, unless you have an hour and a half or so and the patience to sit in traffic, I wouldn't go. It's a shame because she's so great but her wait time is unpredictable and is usually excruciatingly long. read more
