I am a frequent customer and I love it here. I've never gone on a Thursday but I had to today. I asked for eyebrows and a lash lift. Both I have gotten done here before with different people. Eyebrows were fine but the lash lift was the problem. This woman I got today I don't think she knew what she was doing but did it anyway. My eyes were burning the whole time and the stuff she put on my lashes somehow ended up all over my eyelids, my waterline, and irritated my skin. I was in pain the entire time and it was just too much of every product. She was not gentle and wasn't able to get off the glue used for the eyelid covers. This was an absolute horrible experience which makes me sad because I loved my last lash lift. If you go here for a lash lift don't go on Thursdays. read more

I have been going to veda since they opened, about 5/6 years ago. I always had a great experience, but I feel like lately they have changed. They have new employees, who are very pushy, rude, and rush you. The owner, if she is there, is extremely kind and great at her job. She is the only reason I still go there- she rocks! They have been rude to me at times and also always push me to do other services and do not stop when I show disinterest (e.g., "You sure you don't want your mustache done and just your eyebrows? I can see hair" or "You have great lashes you should do the lash lift" or "You have hairy legs, you should get them waxed here"). I also had an employee yell at me after only tipping them $2 (that's 20%)! Lately, I have had employees burp in my face and talk on the phone while threading my eyebrows. I wish I could say I still love it here, but I have had bad experiences within the last year, and probably will be finding somewhere new! read more

I was coming here when I worked in the area last year, always very happy with my eyebrows. I went back today for a clean up and the girl who always does my threading was not there and there was a girl who looked about 15 working. I sat in the chair, and I knew right away it was a mistake. She got to threading without brushing my brows with the spoolie brush and I ended up leaving with 1 and 1/2 eyebrows. Yup 1/2 of my right eyebrow was left on the floor and is no longer on my face. I only gave one star because there was no option to give no stars! I have always gone here but this time I received Terrible service. I made an appointment to go in for 4pm to get my eyebrows threaded. Then I receive a call at 2:05 saying she would be closing in less than an hour, and would need to cancel if I could not come in before then. Why not call earlier and give someone more time if you know you are closing early and you have an appointment! I even explained that I had the appointment in preparation for a wedding the next day!!! I have gone here since it has opened and I absolutely love it. I was scared that my eyebrows would come out too thin like some waxers have done before, but when i looked in the mirror i was pleasantly surprised. I was so happy with how well they were done. The place is also very clean and professional, and they even provide loyalty cards so that you're 10th visit is free. I will continue to come here for a very long time for sure. read more

I've come in a few times for an eyebrow threading and every time I've been so pleased with how they turn out. Very quick, clean, and professional service with minimal pain (I have very sensitive skin, and they're very good about being careful). Very inexpensive for an incredible, quick service. This place is the bees knees! I'm very particular about threading and I was driving an hour and back every 2 weeks to get it done bc I really liked the girl who did mine but I wanted to try a place closer to home and boy am I glad I did. The girl who did my eyebrows did an excellent job and it's 5 minutes from my house. It's also really inexpensive and lasts longer than waxing imo. I'm so glad I tried this place! The lady that did my eyebrows made a really great arch, which is hard to do because my eyebrows are pretty thin. She cleaned them up and my whole face changed. Quick, inexpensive, and great service. Definitely recommend! read more
