In addition to being a wealth of knowledge about her craft, she carefully assessed my present "lash issues" and patiently explained what she could do to give me the outcome I was hoping to achieve. I did not have a good experience. I had an appointment at 11 for a lash lift and tint. I arrived 10 minutes early as the text requested. No one greeted me, said hello, or asked my name. Finally at 11:15 one of the staff came out and asked if I'd like to reschedule because they ran out of lash kits. The manager was bringing them hopefully by 11:30. I told her I'd wait until 11:30 and run to the grocery store. At 11:30 I received a phone call from the staff telling me that I would need to reschedule for another day because she had another client scheduled and she wouldn't have time for me. First, if your business is lashes, how do you run out of lash kits? Second, I don't like to leave bad reviews so I tried calling to speak to a manager. She always has my natural lash health as her priority and communicates clearly about why something would/wouldn't be a good idea. She's very friendly, and has great bedside manner! The lashes were not done well. Complete waste of $140 and $40 tip. I called back immediately after and no one picked up all day. I was concerned the lashes did not look great, areas were sparse, some lashes didn't stay on, and it appeared it was an overall poor quality of service. I called Monday to express my concerns and cancel the follow up- the woman who answered said ok, sorry, and did not make any attempt to offer any level of customer service or to help resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this place- had there been some attempt to resolve the issue, I would possibly consider returning- but hence- poor service and poor customer service. read more

I got my lashes done less than 24 hours ago. I have already lost about 20 lashes (which I got a very full hybrid fill so I have a lot of lashes). Which have never happened to me before I've been getting my lashes done for about 5 months now. My eyelashes and eyes are always in so much pain this lashes are definitely too big for my natural lash.I called the lash lounge to talk to someone before I come in and ask for a refund or other services so o get my money back but no one answered. They are open tho but I just left a message. I'm so bummed and upset that all these lashes have fallen out and I paid 115 plus tip. The lash artist Robin was so nice but I did notice when some of the lashes fell out they were crooked which I have never seen before. Let's hope the lash lounge in milford will accommodate me. Update: they offered to take me in today to fix them or give me a refund. I spoke to a very nice women will definitely be going back just for other services! read more

Overpriced for fills, was charged for fills when I had a membership. The front is dusty as all hell. No one takes the stuff off the shelves to clean where the products were displayed. The manager constantly was chain smoking in front of the store and always REAKED of cigarette's. Listening to the staff complain about how awful the owner was, was tiring. Since going to a new lash salon, I have noticed that the new salon's products are way better and my lashes are not shedding as much. I believe the lash lounge products were not the best of quality. Place definitely needs a massive cleaning if anything. And probably front desk staff that knows what they are doing and perhaps a manager that doesn't steal? If I could give it a zero, I would. I love that they are open 7 days a week so if I need to switch my appointment, they can usually accommodate me at a time that works. I got them done yesterday. Nine lashes already fell out and I have not gotten them wet or anything. So many missing spots too. Nobody told me that it cost $25 extra for the senior lash stylist. I was expecting to pay $99 but had to pay $125. Somebody should have told me that. I will not be going back here. UPDATE: Crystal, the manager, reached out to me less than two hours after posting the review. She was extremely helpful with this situation and apologized sincerely. I absolutely loved Mariella and was hooked after my first appointment. I had a great natural lash on for an upcoming Europe trip and I had fantastic "retention" for my lashes. So of course I booked an appointment for my fiancé's family reunion in Florida, and was thrilled to be at my best. Unfortunately, within four days half of the lashes on my left eye had fallen out - I knew how to keep them so of course I followed all the rules. So I took a photo of my lashes that morning before my flight and said "What is happening this is terrible - i can't come in for a fix because i have a flight today, what do I do?" By the time I landed in FL, I got an email saying "why don't you stop by today so we can see what's going on" and I wrote back "I said in three places in my email that my flight is today". I finally got a response back to message them when I'm back from vacation. I was obsessed with how stupid my left eye looked on the week long family trip and when I got back I asked for a removal and a refund. I was told they would give me a free removal, but the $140 I spent for 4 days of great lashes couldn't be refunded. Finally they said I'd have to speak with the manager. I got a call from the manager who left a voicemail stating "I heard you wanted to talk to me" and I just threw in the towel, learning a good lesson that I can't trust these lashes. So, though I'd try again for say my wedding day (I'd have them put on the day before), I can't trust these extensions. And all of my normal lashes are so stumpy now that the long ones all fell out on their own. I honestly wish I never started the process. read more

My goal was to get a little more length and fullness while still looking natural, and I didn't want to worry about mascara throughout the events. I went in and saw Mariella for a classic full set. She listened to what I was looking for, and delivered exactly the look I was hoping to achieve - not to mention she is so sweet! The general manager, Laura checked in at the end of my appointment to make sure I was satisfied; you can tell that everyone there was sincerely interested in making sure every client left with exactly what they were looking for. Mariella was unavailable for my first fill, so I got it done with the GM Laura who also did an amazing job! Got my 2nd fill with Mariella and my lashes are still on point! Robin did great during my lash lift and eyebrow tint. The facility was clean and the people were friendly. I received a training treatment, so my service was actually free other than tip. I was pleased with the results and booked an appointment to come back. When I received a phone call regarding my follow up, I stated that I was feeling sick and would have to cancel (for the safety of THEIR staff and customers). The tone of the woman changed to rude immediately and she hung up on me as I was asking to reschedule...I checked the website and they do have a policy where clients can reschedule appointments that are effected by COVID symptoms, so I'm not sure why I was never offered that. This experience cost them what could have been a repeat customer. Not my fault I for sick. read more

For this visit I got a full set of natural classic lashes. This was on special this month for $99. When I booked the appointment I was told this would be at least a 90 minute appointment. My appointment was done after 45 minutes. She wouldn't talk me through anything that was being done, which I thought would have been helpful given this was my first time ever getting lash extensions. Also my lash artist kept poking my left eyelid with the tweezers, and ignored my reaction when I jumped from the pain. She used tape on my under eye (no eye pad) and when the tape was taken off it hurt and it left bright red marks. My lash artist kept laughing about it. Luckily other lash artists there offered some suggestions. My biggest issue with this appointment is that I feel as though my lash artist did a discounted job since it was a discounted price. read more

Please don't go here. Spend the extra $40 and go to a good studio. I came here cause the prices were good and from the outside it looked like they knew what they were doing. I ended up just wasting a ton of money and time. My first appointment almost all my lashes fell out within 3 hours. I called and they fit me in for an appointment in 3 days which was annoying to have my eyelashes look horrible for 3 days but I dealt with it. Then I went back and they put me with them same girl so I was pretty annoyed that I drove 45 minutes AGAIN to have the same person not know what they're doing. This time I upgraded to a volume set because the hybrid looked so sparse even before they fell out. She used a different glue this time and they stayed in decent. After about a week I had major fallout and then after 2 I had nothing left. They said to do a fill every two weeks but I was scared to book somewhere else because I knew they would charge me for a full set SINCE THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT. Also now that I'm back to my real lashes I have a strong feeling the girl cut them when she was trimming the lash extensions cause my real lashes used to be long and beautiful and are now A LOT shorter than they used to be. read more

I went here 2 years ago when this salon first opened and it was amazing! I stopped going because i moved away and then covid hit. I just went back in late May. Disappointed doesn't even describe my feelings. Not only had every single employee left in less than 2 years, i assumed it was because of covid until one of the stylists even mentioned that she wasn't surprised i didn't recognize anyone as people dont stay long at this location. Throughout my apt nothing was explained to me, the eye pads were put on improperly and uncomfortable, i could feel every move the stylist made almost like a small jab. Then ALL my lashes fell out within hours of leaving the salon. I was told I would have to pay since i was unable to come back (i was in the airport flying out on a trip for my birthday) i was able to send pictures via email but the hassle i had to go through is ridiculous and not how any client (new or old) should be treated. Furthermore even if i could've come back, they couldnt fit me in for a new apt for over 2 weeks! The second time i had the same issue with the eye pad and jabbing but this time around the lashes stayed (for a short while). lashes that were far too heavy were placed on my natural lashes, leading to a ton of loss. They were also placed improperly as they glue clumped multiple lashes together causing more weight, damage and loss. I didn't even make it 10 days before needing a fill (typically 14ish days between fills). I ended up transferring to a different lash lounge where everyone is extremely helpful and explained everything to me. Unfortunately due to this salon my lashes are ruined and i needed to have the extensions removed. I now need to wait for them to regrow before i can even consider putting on a new set ( at the new salon obviously).
