The laser is supposed to be done every 4-6 weeks, I wanted a 4 week appointment, and they did not accommodate. When I couldn't do it anymore, and needed it at the 4 week mark, they were all "booked." She admonished me for plucking the hair out, and said I should "shave." How about she shaves? She offers no guarantee and is quick to push your opinions down, even when I asked for a 4 week window. Then she was encouraging me to cancel my next appointment without offering to reschedule after. So now what? I lose my money??????
