If you're like me and chatty, like going to the hair salon, she adjusts for that as well. I was excited to see that she's on her own now. It's nice to be able to make my appointments online. It's quick easy and you get a reminder. It's especially helpful for those, like me, who forget appointments. She is located inside Bellazza Day Spa on Grove Street in Franklin. Bonus, she's closer to me now. Her new location is nice and quiet and a much more relaxing atmosphere. Her room is inviting as is she. Her facials are amazing. She pays attention to any issues you have with your skin and gives great advice on ways to fix it. When I leave my face is always feeling nice, clean and rejuvenated. I'm always amazed at how bad my skin was before a facial compared to after. She's the one person I've been seeing for facials and the one person I will continue to trust with this face of mine.

I called the day before asked for an adult mani pedi and a child's mani pedi for 11:30 whoever answered the phone set up the appointment time About 20 minutes later I got a text asking for us to come in a 12 which I confirmed. When we got there on time it was busy, we picked out our colors. Got seated in the chairs. My pedicure started as my 8 year old granddaughter waited and waited during this time I asked staff when hers would start and was told soon. When I stopped my pedicure and started to leave a nail tech quickly finished her customer and rushed over to start my granddaughter. If they didn't have staff to do us both at the same time they should have told us. The pedicure chairs were covered in dust from other customers, I had to brush it off. The cleanliness has definitely gone down hill recently My pedicure and manicure were ok not great. I need to find a new place won't be going back here.

But the hygiene is really poor here. The same tools are used across clients without any sanitation in between (clippers, cuticle trimmers, nail files, electric drimmels) and it makes me so uncomfortable. If they can just increase their hygiene practices it would be perfect. I also have the problem with the nail techs always over buffing my nails. The common practice these days in all the salons is to use the electric drimmel to buff nails and it always hurts and damages my nails so much. I used to do my own dip nails for years and know they don't need that much buffing so it's a shame. I'd love to do my own nail prep and then have the artists just paint the designs.

The esthetician was polite, but after another 10-minute wait, she brought me into the room and started the facial. What disappointed me most was the actual treatment. It was advertised as a 1 hour 30 minute session, and the email I received confirmed 1 hour 15 minutes--but the facial barely lasted an hour. More importantly, it felt like a standard hydrofacial, not the specialized collagen & stem cell tightening treatment that was promoted. This was my first professional facial, and I had higher expectations based on the advertising. Sadly, the service didn't match what was promised.
