They ruined 1 of the fur blankets because they said someone had left a pen in on their garment and it broke and ruined everything in that load. (How are they not emptying people's pockets? Seems like dry cleaning 101....) The good news is, they gave me a full reimbursement for the blanket, so I can purchase another one. Something else happened to the second faux fur blanket too because it's no longer soft, it's stiff and dry. As for the down comforter, they also screwed that up. It's just a simple wash and dry (it's too big to wash and dry in my own washer and dryer, so I have to take it in).. The blanket was wet when I received it, so it's hanging to dry right now in my apartment and smells like a wet dog. I payed $45 for them to dry clean my down comforter and they didn't even dry it.
