I've always hated apple and their inferior computational power for twice the price. But! I like my safety and and grew up with it so I used it for ease of mind and use a real man's computer. I've been having issues with identity theft, now 5 in 4 years. Always on my compute and usually my fault. Well this last one was bad so I now pay about $999 a month to secure my PC. I finally felt safe until last night when I got blixed attack and was up all night mitigating losses. I like security but because cops don't care when my crypto is stolen. Turns out, the hack was spread to my phone from apple. I call spectrum, they don't know, call apple, they don't know and want to talk about getting a $20 return because I downloaded the virus from their store. Meanwhile I'm hemorrhageing money and no one know what to do. I'm about to lose it when Josh game to save the day!!! He fixed it and now I have no reason for this slave labored phone. Very Shady business practices!…read more Had a salesperson come out to check about service options and after call and talking with a supervisor They agreed that cables and wiring were ran to the house and we were good to go for an install for the following week Payne indicated there might be some work to be done inside the house but no exterior work would be done The following week I received a phone call from spectrum construction Support indicating I would have to pay a $5000 deposit for a $10,000 service work to have cable and wiring ran to the house. I told them over the phone. I was not paying anything for the wire because I was told installation was free. They canceled my service request and after talking with customer service via the app they still confirm that the appointment was canceled. Sales person still insists that they're coming tomorrow to install..... Very Shady! Find other service in the High Country!

They now have become just like Verizon and Comcast in that they don't give you that much for how much money you pay and you never pay what they say you're going to be charged. They give you some nice, FAIR number and then tack on all these little charges that really add up to a lot. It's sad being as my family has had Directv for a decade and a half that after I cancel they raided my account 13 days before the bill has always been paid and left me with absolutely nothing for my family, literally. I've paid them every month for years and now they act like I'm evading paying them when it wasn't even time to pay the bill yet. Greedy! P.S. A year after ending service we started to receive collection service notices from Credence Resources who can provide no data. I've heard bad things about Directv but found out first hand what kind of company they truly are! We'll never use them again and will let everyone we know to use other services.

Then I see dish has the same offer but with free HD for life. So I called DTV and said I want the same special that a new customer gets or I am going to dish, and thy said no. I said cancel my service and I am going to dish. So now I have dish. I love it. It has a smaller dish and now I can record 16 channels at once unlike the two with DTV.
