I was told when service was disconnected that I should be getting a refund for unused service after I asked. After over 2 weeks later, when I did not receive refund, I called and spoke with Marty, the manager. He would only say, "we don't do refunds". When I nicely said I did not feel that was fair, his tone changed, to defensive, and he said he would send refund, but in future " we don't do refunds. I have yet to see my partial month refunded back. Be careful of this company. They love to keep your money for service you did not get.

They now have become just like Verizon and Comcast in that they don't give you that much for how much money you pay and you never pay what they say you're going to be charged. They give you some nice, FAIR number and then tack on all these little charges that really add up to a lot. It's sad being as my family has had Directv for a decade and a half that after I cancel they raided my account 13 days before the bill has always been paid and left me with absolutely nothing for my family, literally. I've paid them every month for years and now they act like I'm evading paying them when it wasn't even time to pay the bill yet. Greedy! P.S. We called AT&T and explained the situation and they made us turn our box on and off even though the line was laying on the ground 3 houses down in the middle of the street. All other providers went out that morning when they were called. Now they are worse than lazy. Anyone who represents a company and willfully turns away significant business should be fired. They have claimed they do not care about losing business. Recently, the children who work here cost their parent company at least one huge business account and did plenty of damage to their local reputation by targeting a homeless veteran at least twice their age who was trying to scrape enough together for a cold drink and a meal. So, there is a profound lack of respect here. Last time I went to this store, the young people who work here didn't have basic information about business accounts and either did not have business cards or did not want to do any business. The people who "work" here should be ashamed of the "managers" they have and the "managers" should be ashamed of themselves. Throwing away good business and displaying incompetence is one thing. Cruelty towards the homeless shows a remarkable lack of character. Verizon should be ashamed of this store.
