The expertise and skill of the technicians working there are AMAZING!!! Recently, I took my MacBook Pro in. I was certain the motherboard had gone bad. Jordan discovered that there was some corrosion due to a little fluid getting inside a port. (Note to self: no more multitasking while cooking lol). He cleaned it, dried it, and put it under a microscope. He discovered a little was still there, and he put it through the process again. It was totally a miracle!!! I had tears of joy when picking it up...it is only 2 years old. He really went way above and beyond to rescue my MacBook Pro!!! I WAS TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY WITH SUCH EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I highly recommend them for any computer or cell phone needs that you have! read more

Always helpful and friendly these wonderful guys provide excellent service at fair prices!

I was sent to juice from Verizon in Boone after they told me my iPhone was dead and could not be fixed and that I needed to buy a new one. I went to apple juice and was greeted by Jordan who was extremely pleasant eager to help and within five minutes, he had my phone working again. I cannot tell you how happy I was. he would not accept any money for his actions and I can highly recommend this place for any of your technical needs. This is a blessing to have in Boone. Too bad 0 stars isn't an option. Bravo, Apple Juice Repair in Boone NC. You've managed to take customer service, throw it in a blender, and serve it up lukewarm with a side of incompetence. I brought in a phone for repairs. Instead of fixing it, they performed some dark ritual that somehow made it worse. They charged more than the phone is worth, so naturally I assumed it would come back working like new. Silly me. It came back acting like it had survived a car crash and a lightning strike. Twice. They "repaired" two things. Neither one actually worked. Shocking, I know. Now I have a phone that's about as useful as a brick with a screen. A really expensive brick, courtesy of the geniuses at Apple Juice. If you're looking for the thrill of overpaying for absolutely nothing, this is your place. If not, run. Run like your wallet depends on it. Because it does. read more

Update to review on July 7 Received phone call from owners son who explained how they have a great business. Stated he went to china to buy the best display screens but still refused to tell me the manufacturer. Stated he was going out of town for a week but would like to meet with me when he came back. He directly asked me several times to take my review down. July 26 and have never heard back. My original assessment of the company and management was accurate. Do not trust them and go elsewhere for your Apple repairs read more

We dropped off our iwatch and were given a quote. We were told if they couldn't fix it, there would be no charge. Picked it up the next day and it was perfect. Very friendly staff, attractive office space and very quick service! Highly recommend! read more

Terrific, quick service. I had taken my MacBook to a Simply Mac in another state--they needed at least a week to work on it, which I didn't have, so I didn't leave it. They also had some pretty dire predictions of what the problem might be. AppleJuice had the problem fixed and me out the door in about 20 minutes. Excellent, no shame approach. Thanks!! read more

wow what a great experience! jordan fixed my phone in 10 mins they were very efficient, nice and have apple juice! 10/10 reccomend!

These guys always have my back! Today was the second time I've come in here expecting to spend $100-$200, and wind up leaving with a fixed phone and a $26 bill. Thank you for always having my back Jordan! read more

Fast great service. Have replaced iPhone battery, Phone screen, and numerous screen protector covers. Quick service "while you wait"! .

I have brought both my laptop and iPhone 6 to Apple Juice. I had taken my MacBook Air to the computer repair on campus at ASU and they said the motherboard was fried and it would be over $500 to fix it. Turns out it wasn't. Apple Juice opened it up and cleaned it and it has worked like a dream since then and it was way, way less than $500 to fix it. My iPhone had a horribly cracked screen and they were able to fix it within an hour. The employees have always been thorough and friendly. I highly recommend them! read more

Popped into Apple juice from out of town with what seemed to be a detrimental mishap and weekend ruiner. I had a knock off iPhone charger break off inside my charging port and within a few minutes the gentleman had it out and my phone back to normal. What a life saver. I did not catch his name but thank you so very much. read more

Awful service. I have spent $300 for them to fix my MacBook and the problem keeps occurring. They never scanned/did diagnostic testing on my computer for the problem in the beginning like the should've done. read more

Walked into the store. Three men were already there, one at the counter, two seated. I was completely ignored. The man behind the counter never acknowledged me, made eye contact, anything. After about two minutes I decided to time it. I stood there for several minutes, then he went to the back for awhile. I waited a total of almost 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged in any way when I finally decided to take my business to a more respectful company that wants and deserves it. Won't go back. read more

HORRIBLE, awful service. I took a laptop in on Monday for a simple battery replacement, and was told it would be done by Wednesday or Friday at the latest. On Thursday I called to see if it was done, and was told that they had ordered the part late, but it should be there by Friday. It took until the FOLLOWING TUESDAY to get my laptop repaired and ready to pick up. Missed tons of work due to the four extra days that my laptop was with them. When I went to pick it up, I spoke to someone named Alex about a discount or partial refund because the work was done way behind schedule. He was rude and condescending, and said that my repair being done late was "not his problem" and that he could not help me at all. What happened to "the customer is always right"? I will never take another product to them for repair, and I encourage everyone to find a better service in Boone. read more

A wonderful weekend in the mountains some months ago with my lovely wife--and my Macbook. I don't know how clients can sense you are going on vacation, but they can. No worries though, I'll knock out my project and get to hiking--except that my 2011 MacBook Pro turns on to a gray screen. I try every holddownthiskeyandstartup trick I know and nothing. So, I called AppleJuice and they told me come one in. First off they asked about a warranty issue on this model. Good sign, but I'd already taken care of that. They tried booting from another drive, asked all the right questions, and offered to do a hard reset that would cost $99 if it worked and free if it didn't. Wow. Who does that anymore. Well, it didn't work, the video card was fried and unfortunately it's soldered to the motherboard so I was not going to pump that kind of cash into an 8 year old Mac. OK, they didn't fix it why the 5 stars? Because they were polite, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and did everything they could including not charging me when they couldn't revive it. I appreciate that. read more

Awesome customer service. I thought I was going to have to take my Macbook to Winston-Salem and was thrilled to find Apple Juice had opened up in New Market Center in Boone. It cost $100 less than what a different repair place in Winston Salem quoted me. Highly recommended! read more

Amazing Service A+! Broke my IPhone 5s, tried to repair it myself from parts online unsuccessfully which ended up making my phone completely inoperable. The service tech at Apple juice was able to quickly repair saving me hundreds of dollars to replace. Thank you SO much!! read more

I dropped my ipad onto a concrete parking lot and even though it was working fine, I decided to replace the shattered screen. I researched replacing screens myself, but Apple Juice had just opened at the time, and I decided to try it out. They replaced the screen for just over $100, but the ipad sensing was completely off - the screen randomly zoomed in and out, and the touch function was off. I took the ipad back to AppleJuice and they replaced the screen again, assuring me that the problem was fixed. It wasn't. Lesson learned. I had a working ipad with a minor annoyance, now the ipad was a complete loss. read more

Good service, fixed my phone charger port quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs servo e to their iPhones.

Both my wife and I were having some problems with our IPhones. We stopped at the Boone location, having been impressed previously with the service we experienced at the Winston Salem store, and had the phones checked out. Turns out most of the issue was dirt, dust and operator error. The gentleman at the desk was very polite and friendly, he took care of us and we were on our way in less than 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the speed of service together with polite and friendly manner of the staff. I'm hooked on Apple Juice! read more

First, I'd like to say that Joseph Wheeler, the manager of the Boone location went above and beyond to solve my problem. I bought my iPad in to have the power button fixed as it was jammed in from a badly timed fall. The work was scheduled to be completed within a few days and after a week's worth of waiting for parts being ordered to delays at the store, I went in to pick up my iPad. I was informed at pickup that my device's touch ID wasn't working. After some discussion about how unsatisfactory this would be, Joseph went to great lengths to fix this. After a few inquiries from Apple, the situation was remedied through extended warranties. Needless to say, I'm thrilled this all worked out and that Apple Juice was relentless in finding a solution. read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this business. I took my damaged device in to be fixed and it was returned to me "fixed" but it stopped working within the hour I had it back. Ended up buying a refurbished phone from them and THAT ONE stopped working after two days. They did fix that phone for free but it overall was completely frustrating and ridiculous how many times I had to visit that store within a weeklong period. read more

Received a call from "Jeremiah" today. Very apologetic, admitted they goofed, and offered to make it right. I've taken other steps to resolve the battery problem I was having with the iPad but am satisfied with the apology and would now be happy to do business with them should the need arise. read more

They fixed my phone quick! i was really happy about that and the pricing wasn't too bad, but now my camera does not work and it was working before they fixed my screen. Really upset about it because i can not afford for them to fix it again so i am stuck taking pictures from my front camera. read more
