Amazing customer service and I will never attempt to take anything to the "Apple Store" in Greensboro. I went to the Apple Store in Greensboro on Saturday and could not even get anyone to look at my phone. They wanted to make me an appointment to come back on Oct 4th. So it was going to take them 5 days to let me know if the phone needed a battery. It was ridiculous and didn't matter to them that we drove 3 hours to get to their store. I walked into Apple Juice was met immediately the young man asked what I needed I told him I thought the phone needed a battery but wasn't sure. He asked if I would give him about 15 minutes to check it out. It was less than 15 minutes and it was the battery. He came out asked if I wanted to replace it I said yes please and the whole encounter only took around 30 minutes. I also witnessed other patrons while I was there and they were also helped immediately. Best customer service I have experienced in quite some time and I will definitely go back to them if I ever have another phone, ipod or computer issue. read more

I NEVER leave reviews, but I knew after my experience with AppleJuice that I needed to. I brought my Macbook to the Boone AppleJuice store thinking it would not be able to be fixed but I figured why not just see if they could do anything to save it. The repair ended up being more complicated than we thought but the guys at AppleJuice made sure that I was happy throughout the entire process. Jeremiah completed the final repair on my Macbook and it is working great since I got it back. I spoke with Joe during the majority of the time and he gave exceptionally good customer service throughout and ensured that I had a positive experience. I can't praise these guys enough for the lengths they went to to help me save my computer! Anytime I need a repair on my Apple products in the future I will be returning because of the repair but also because it is evident that their number one priority is to take care of their customers. read more

They did fine work at a good price on a couple of MacBooks that needed new hard drives and updates. I asked that an older version of iTunes be used and they went the extra mile to do so. The regular Apple store refused to install the older version. They bent over backwards to explain what was needed to fix my computer and sought my approval before charging me for any work. They also told me how to fix a problem on my own without spending any money. I have also had a good experience buying used iPhones at a very discounted prices there (3 so far without any problem). It's very much a shoe string operation with just a couple of people working there, so you may wait a few minutes for your turn at the service counter, but the bottom line is that Boone is lucky to have this business delivering this service at these prices. read more

These guys are great! I was new to the apple products. Besides an old ipod all i had ever used was a PC. I needed a computer for work at an affordable price. I explained to them what I needed it to do and they showed me multiple options. I never felt pressured at any time to make a purchase. They were very informative. I ended up going with a macbook. It was so well priced that I got an ipad as well. They took the time to walk me through the new computer and showed me how to sync all of my music and devices together. They were very patient with me as i asked all kinds of questions. I couldn't have been more pleased. The store was very clean and inviting. I will be sure to return for all my apple needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! No matter the problem, Apple Juice always knows how to get it resolved. I am an Appalachian State University student and I am ALWAYS using my Macbook Air. Recently, my laptop was exposed to malware and I had no clue how to resolve this issue. I took my laptop to Apple Juice the very day the problem occurred and Jeremiah got the problem resolved as soon as I walked into the store. This was not the first time dealing with Apple Juice, because my mother also got her iPhone fixed by these guys after her phone received water damage a few years ago. Jeremiah and the AppleJuice gang have helped our all Apple family through all of our troubles and mishaps in the last year plus. First it was my IPhone 4 with a brown screen, then my daughter's same trouble. My wife was next with a MacPro dead motherboard, then my new IPhone 5 jumped to the pavement. Later, I took in my Air as it was freaking out and Jeremiah reset a few things, handed it back to me at no charge saying he hadn't done anything. Took my latest, greatest version of the iPhone there because facial recognition went away and I couldn't remember my passcode ( don't even remember setting one up when I got the phone, lol ) and the old passcode from my 7 phone didn't work so I was dead in the water at that point. A cool guy, Alex, figured out how to get a code from Apple and using a sim card temporarily, from another phone, to have the code delivered to my phone, got everything restored and I didn't lose my contacts or pictures, which was a fear. Alex kept apologizing for it taking so long but that was sooo minor. Cost me around $27 inc. tax! I would've gladly paid twice that. I recommend this place highly based on my experience and what I saw with other customers while there. read more

We called ahead and they close at at 6 so the hours did change but in most stores hours have changed, so it was not a problem for us. They gave us an estimated amount on the call and when we got there they treated us very nicely and explained the process, and explained everything and why it costed that amount. My IPhone XR was fixed amazing! It only took an hour to fix my screen and the LDR. We asked for a protection screen(it's glass) and they gave us a discount. Overall I saved money (other places were charging like $200 and more, they only charged around $180) and it working amazing. I am more than satisfied with their work. read more

I have used AppleJuice several times. The owners and employees are super friendly and eager to answer any questions you might have. They fixed a cracked screen on my iPhone and also a bad camera on my iPhone. Their prices seem reasonable compared to other places and I would much rather give my money to small business. They also buy used Apple products and sell accessories. My favorite part is that they have a tiny refrigerator in the corner of their very nice store where they keep apple juice and other beverages for customers! Brought in my phone after the screen display stopped working. It was an older device (iphone SE) and the screen had already been cracked over the years to the point where there were some small holes in it, so I had pretty much given up hope of it being salvaged. The guy at the desk fixed it- both the display and cracks- in under an hour. Payment wasn't accepted until they successfully finished the job, and it was an affordable price (less than $200). Excellent customer service, and I would recommend anyone that needs help with their device at least stop by and check them out. read more

Zackery helped me at this store with data transfer to new iPad. I could not have had a more pleasant experience. He was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and reassuring. Waiting for my data transfer, I observed other store employees' interactions with customers. In all cases they were forthright in saying they could help, they would try or they could not help. They seemed to give to customers accurate time estimates on how long specific jobs might take. I have used this store on 3 occasions and they are VERY knowledgeable and helpful. One thing to improve - I'm always told someone will call me but I have NEVER gotten a call to let me know my device is ready, or an RMA was approved, or any status. All the technicians at Apple Juice are extremely skilled and will spend any amount of time needed to answer any sort of question one might have! I have used this business multiple times for repairs, batteries, and MacBook service. I have even called them and they helped me over the phone. Always great service and very reasonable. My mother bought a refurbished SE from them and it works perfectly. Its small, so you might have to wait but usually they can do what you need within a few hours. read more
