Overpriced. Devices, especially pods leak and they dont make good on anything they sell. Always out of stock or product discontinued. Worse service. They actually lie to you and are only taking advantage of loyal customers. I'll never buy from them again and i was a loyal customer that bought often. Can't trust them. I was thrilled with my experience here. The young lady who assisted me was very well-informed about different vape brands, flavors and strengths, and also knew a lot about the current legislation going on with vaping in general. In the past few years, I have been to vape shops all over the USA, from NYC to LA, Seattle, and in between, and I recommend this shop highly! PS I am over 60 and love my flavored vapes (I prefer a simple vanilla to many of the other fruity or overly sweet flavors) and this shop had just what I wanted. Thanks, I'll be back! read more

This place is awesome I went in and was welcomed by 2 gentlemen who worked there that were very friendly out going and more than willing to assist me by the names of Fulton and Dillon they are 2 awesome guys then I met another employee by the name of Charlie. I'm from Orangeburg and just happen to stop in there but I recommend MADVAPES to anyone who vapes. I'll deffinatly be back just to shop there they make the 5.5 hour drive worth while. My husbands review on google was deleted so im going to set this straight. My husband daughter and i were in boone/ banner elk area when we decided to go to a vape shop, unfortunately this one, to grab some juice and look at mods. When we arrived we were checking out the juice when the store manager joe had come over and introduced himself. Another guy came out of the back bald head who didnt introduce himself asking him about some stock l, so im assuming he is some sort of manager. We decided the best route to go was with house juice. We now know this stuff lacks a lot of flavor when it was overly talked up. While we were there this manager and the bald guy decides to start talking about drugs in the corner with my daughter that was in the shop with us. I dont take this lightly. Since i know posts cant be removed in yelp with money this is the place i will leave this. I will never go back to this place. Dont talk about drugs with clientel in the room. House juice lacks flavor and seems to ruin my coils. Premium juices are okay, but are outdated, very limited selection and rarely have "new" juice. Coils are expensive, and prices generally are higher than other places. read more

I'm only posting 1 star as 0 stars isn't an option. I have several issues with this store: the bald manager I'm not sure of his name made me feel like a piece of meat in the store because he only stared at my backside and was making derogatory comments to me. I live in a progressive town where I feel comfortable and he made me feel like I could never walk into this store again. The second issue I have with this store is the lack of selection for females vaping. Nothing colorful, nothing smaller that is easily managed and they were even out of stock of my favorite local juice. I had to go to another location in town to grab some. Since I couldn't find it this bald guy was very pushy with trying to put me into a product I didn't want. I'm just now writing a review because I am starting to see others come out about the horrible experiences they have had with this store. I hope these comments are not taken lightly and hopefully something is done about it. read more
