My only knock (and it ain't much of one) was that they group their cigars by manufacturer. I've been spoiled by my Louisiana cigar shop that groups their cigars by the flavor body (mild, mild/medium, medium, medium/full and full)... If you do not know exactly what you are looking for then you can feel overwhelmed walking into that humidor. Luckily I received some great assistance from staff and was able to make a purchase of some nice sticks for my enjoyment. I sat down in their sitting area to smoke my cigar and it was very comfortable. They don't sell any beverages so you need to bring your own. The air handling system work works very well. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area of downtown and want a quick cigar.
