Worst vape shop I've ever been too actually the only one I've ever shopped at very bad 1st experience with them hopefully there's better out there. Update the "owner" said to bring it back and he'd see what they could do but now he's saying they don't accept returns but when I explained what happened texted me the message below. Hopefully he's a man of his word I know him from my work and thought they were good people I'm honest and not looking to rip off anybody especially from a business that I deal with professionally from time to time. Update owner did not honor his word wouldn't even meet with me or even call. If you're new to vaping I do not recommend this business I work retail and I've never seen a business ran so unprofessionally. At least have your workers recommend you try the vape before leaving the store. I told them I had no idea which one my wife would like she's the one that usually purchases these things and they recommended this one the last one they had in this flavor I'm almost certain they seen me coming. We now shop another business off of Morganton Blvd much better owners.

While I usually always make an actual purchase from the store, this was my only intent today was to use the machine. To my knowledge, while I dont know her name, she is the only female employee at this store so it can be known which employee im talking about. I went in and used the machine, walked back out, and all of a sudden the employee comes following me out of the and asks me if i had stuffed cigars in my pockets while i was in there. I said no. She asked me to empty my pockets, which i did. I emptied my hoodie and all of my pants pockets. She was enraged because she realized she had just made a wrongful accusation, and then states "I will just check my cameras" and storms back in the store. Very unprofessional. This has been my regular tobacco store since they opened and I come in and shop atleast 3 times a week or more. I have never been accused of stealing from anywhere or asked to empty my pockets from a store in my entire life. She deserves to lose her job over this and I fully intend to pursue just that. I hate to leave a 1 star because the owner of this store is such a good guy, but he needs to take care of this. This was a very distasteful situation.
