    Rahn Null transfered the apps and everything from my wife and my old phones to our new iPhone 16E's…read more. The first 7 times that I switched phones at a Verizon Store (Durham 3 times, Boone 4 times now) it was never as promised. This time it was unbelievably GREAT!!! I guess it's like rolling dice, but this time we came up with double sixes!! It was a fabulous day in BOONE!!

Now they are worse than lazy. Anyone who represents a company and willfully turns away significant business should be fired. They have claimed they do not care about losing business. Recently, the children who work here cost their parent company at least one huge business account and did plenty of damage to their local reputation by targeting a homeless veteran at least twice their age who was trying to scrape enough together for a cold drink and a meal. So, there is a profound lack of respect here. Last time I went to this store, the young people who work here didn't have basic information about business accounts and either did not have business cards or did not want to do any business. The people who "work" here should be ashamed of the "managers" they have and the "managers" should be ashamed of themselves. Throwing away good business and displaying incompetence is one thing. Cruelty towards the homeless shows a remarkable lack of character. Verizon should be ashamed of this store.

I own a business next-door to Russell cellular. After letting them know I wanted to port my number over they began the porting process and when all was done stated that they did not take company checks or checks. So when I told them that I would have to wait and come back I came to find out that my phone had already been ported over to the new phone I was getting and was unable to be ported back. So now I have a phone number floating in the phone that I don't own had a phone that I do on that can't except calls. I went immediately to spectrum mobile and told them I just situation and they were not able to port my number back. I would strongly suggest using a more reputable, more honest and reliable cellular service before deciding to use Russell cellular/Verizon.

When we went to pay off the phones the price is over $1200 more than what was quoted, all this in a very stressful time since I cannot be with them, I live in Michigan. The store tried to be "nice" and turn in a phone that wasn't ours but they were covering up the lies they told, as most seniors they are on a fixed income and we would not have made the deal if there was any chance of just "miscommunication". I've never left a bad review before but they dont deserve even the first star. I'm heart broken and hope to save someone else's parents.

    I'm never one to leave a review, specially for an internet store of all places, but this specific…read morespectrum store's employees are either incompetent or just don't care. For one, every time I have walked in there I am just stared at like I have 3 heads and I personally have had to be the one to initiate a greeting. Even then, they still can never decide who wants to help me and I'm kinda just explaining my problem to the entire room until someone motions me over. That isn't even the main issue. I came in the first time for a complete set of cords for my internet, modem, router, and coaxial cable because my dog chewed them up. They gave me a new set of cords but alas, I was missing the coaxial and the router power cord. Whatever. I go back again and explain the situation, he says to try this cord! Jokes on me! Doesn't fit my router. I go back AGAIN, this time with my entire set up in hand so I can just start fresh with a new system and new cords. I traded my old system in exchange for 2 boxes and as he's registering them to my account he is having trouble attaching them to my address and tells me to call the customer service line he wrote on the box. Whatever. I get home and I'm missing the coaxial cable that should have been in the box. Luckily I had an extra. Should have been all good? No. As instructed, I call the service line he wrote on the box and after a few bots attempted to help me, I'm connected to an agent. I wish I would have gotten the agents name because he was genuinely so helpful and did everything he could to help but after about an hour, he determined that I'm going to need a technician/house visit tomorrow afternoon. Long story short the staff inside the spectrum store are not helpful and seemed to just push cords and boxes in my hands randomly to get me out of the store as fast as possible. Not one employee thought to check my account and see what cords would adequately fit my modem or router nor did they try a different set of equipment when my new set wasn't connecting to my account. This was an infuriating experience! Thanks!
