I am absolutely FURIOUS with Verizon. I have been a loyal…read moreVerizon customer for over 22 YEARS. Twenty-two years of giving your company my business, and I have never experienced such ridiculous, incompetent, and unacceptable customer service. My bill is supposed to be $80.57. PERIOD. I have a folder full of text messages from Verizon confirming that my bill is supposed to be $80.57. I have the proof. Your company has told me repeatedly that this is the correct amount. And yet, every other month, my bill goes up AGAIN. Then I have to spend HOURS ON THE PHONE trying to get Verizon to fix its own mistake. Every time, I am told some version of, "We fixed it. This will never happen again." BULLSHIT. Because it DOES happen again. And as I am writing this complaint, I am ON HOLD WITH VERIZON YET AGAIN. Do you understand how completely unacceptable this is? I am over 72 years old and retired law enforcement, and after being loyal to Verizon for more than two decades, I should NOT have to spend hours of my life repeatedly fighting with your company over a bill that should be $80.57. I am sick and tired of being passed from representative to representative, sitting on hold, explaining the same damn problem over and over, and listening to people make promises that apparently mean absolutely nothing. I DON'T WANT ANOTHER APOLOGY. I DON'T WANT ANOTHER EXCUSE. I DON'T WANT ANOTHER PROMISE THAT IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN. I WANT SOMEONE AT VERIZON CORPORATE TO FIX THE DAMN PROBLEM. Go through my account. Look at my billing history. Look at every text message Verizon sent me confirming the $80.57 amount. Figure out exactly why your company keeps screwing up my bill and CORRECT IT PERMANENTLY. I expect: 1. My bill to be corrected to $80.57. 2. Every improper charge to be removed or credited. 3. My account to be thoroughly reviewed. 4. A permanent solution so I NEVER have to spend another hour on the phone dealing with this same problem. 5. A written explanation of what Verizon is going to do to make sure this stops. After 22 YEARS, I should not have to beg Verizon to honor the price your own company gave me. This is beyond frustrating. It is disrespectful, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. You have wasted hours of my time over and over again, and I am DONE with it. Someone at Corporate needs to take ownership of this instead of dumping me back into the same customer-service nightmare I have already been through repeatedly. FIX MY BILL. FIX MY ACCOUNT. STOP CHANGING THE DAMN AMOUNT. I have the documentation to prove what Verizon promised me, and I expect Verizon to honor it. I have been loyal to Verizon for 22 years. Do not mistake my loyalty for my willingness to be taken advantage of. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH.

I own a business next-door to Russell cellular. After letting them know I wanted to port my number over they began the porting process and when all was done stated that they did not take company checks or checks. So when I told them that I would have to wait and come back I came to find out that my phone had already been ported over to the new phone I was getting and was unable to be ported back. So now I have a phone number floating in the phone that I don't own had a phone that I do on that can't except calls. I went immediately to spectrum mobile and told them I just situation and they were not able to port my number back. I would strongly suggest using a more reputable, more honest and reliable cellular service before deciding to use Russell cellular/Verizon.

When we went to pay off the phones the price is over $1200 more than what was quoted, all this in a very stressful time since I cannot be with them, I live in Michigan. The store tried to be "nice" and turn in a phone that wasn't ours but they were covering up the lies they told, as most seniors they are on a fixed income and we would not have made the deal if there was any chance of just "miscommunication".
