Customer service was great and the team did a fantastic job fixing the damage to my back bumper, trunk lift door, etc, etc. Drop off and pick up was easy, there is a rental car company directly behind the shop for added convenience. I can't speak to the pricing because the other driver's insurance covered it which means I cared 0% about how much it cost. An employee went over the options I had, explaining that the damage did not involve any safety or mechanical issues. He said he would be willing to try and use adhesive to fix it and that it could be done while I waited. Maybe 10 minutes later he returned and I was told he was able to fit it back together without the adhesive so that if I had any other damage in the future it would be easier to repair. He told me that if I had any more problems to return and at that point they would try the adhesive. I left there owing only $20!!! They are honest, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I have never felt so comfortable in any other automotive environment. I am an older woman who knows nothing about cars. Hopefully, I will not need any more repairs in the future, but if I do I definitely will be heading back to Circle.
