I bought my new home from Richmond American, where Darvish installed the LVP flooring. During our initial walkthrough, we noticed that the planks were not installed correctly, with gaps and not securely locked in place. We asked Richmond American to address this issue, but when the technician came out to fix it, he simply hammered the LVP flooring together without properly securing the planks. I informed him that this was not the correct way to fix the flooring and that the pieces needed to be removed and properly locked together. However, he stated that it was not part of the service request to remove the baseboard and pieces for proper installation. He then left, stating that it was not his problem. Richmond American and Darvish have both refused to properly install the flooring. read more
