Their matcha is pretty good and flavorful. I did not like their yuzu sparkler. The staff were nice and service was quick. Theres a lot of seating and I saw some people doing homework or work here.

I stopped by for a quick tea. Seems like this is strawberry season. Their specials were all using strawberry. Strawberry matcha latte was my favorite item here. I could feel fresh strawberry puree. Strawberry matcha soft-serve was really good as well.

Asha is by far my favorite spot for fruit based tea drinks! I love their season fruit teas, but the constant stars are always the HK milk te (literally such a good strong tea taste, and not too sweet!) and for those who love yuzu- their new seasonal matcha latte with yuzu is GOOD! my partner went and got it twice in one week! And if you're just craving a sweet treat, I really like their soft serves! The matcha is soooo strong and not too sweet!

Nice tea house at Berkeley. They have another location at SF. We stopped by after lunch. Looks like it is a good place to study or work as I see many customers working on the laptop. I heard this tea house is pretty famous. it has nice interior and high ceiling. They also have one popup store inside when we visit. There are plenty of teas and match varieties. They also sell the match powder, tea leaf and Hojicha powder . They also have imperial Matcha powder. We ordered just cold matcha and it was good. it was not that strong. We will stop by next time to try other tea.

There are so many boba shops in the Bay Area, but Asha really stands out because they take their tea seriously. While many shops rely on powders, Asha brews their tea fresh and authentically every day. The Hong Kong Milk Tea is a perfect example. It's incredibly smooth and rich, with that distinct, full-bodied tea flavor. Fun fact: Asha has been serving matcha since 2012, long before matcha became the obsession it is today. They were ahead of the trend and have been doing it the right way all along.

I come by here quite often. Good matcha. Rude front desk lady though. I was simply eating my fries as I wait for a matcha I ordered & she rudely snapped at me, telling me not too. Like okay, I wont come here anymore during my lunch break then. There other matcha spots within 5 mins that treat their guests a little nicer.

Perfect and quaint. Recently stopped in for a cup of tea while waiting to have lunch with clients in the area. The space is open and is great if you want to hang out for awhile and enjoy your beverage. Friendly service and a wide variety of menu items.

Oh man, if you want to try some of the best tea possible in a fast serve environment this would be the place. I've only had the chance to try the HOJICHA green tea and omg it was f*cking amazing srsly I want to try way more of their options- this may be an every time I'm in the bay type thing- rekindles my tea obsession

Great, fresh high-quality matcha green tea regular size was $5.58. Waited about 10 minutes for my drink!

Feels odd leaving a review for soft serve from a tea shop but that was our favorite thing. The teas were good but not something we'd drive a long distance for, but the soft serve was really good. Would come back just for that. It was creamy, not too sweet with just the right amount of matcha flavor. .

Good quality matcha! I also love that there is the option to make it less sweet and with less ice. Ordering is pretty quick and easy through the ordering screen. To order loose-leaf tea, though, I believe I've had to order at the counter. The space is great -- it fills up, but I personally haven't had trouble finding seating. There are large windows and plenty of natural light if you're reading while sipping on your tea. They do run out of pastries later in the day, so come early not to miss them!

I had high hopes about the matcha latte here, but my drink turned out to be below my expectations. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt after seeing the chunks of matcha at the bottom of my cup, but after mixing it and giving it a try, the taste was lacking. I could hardly taste the matcha, and it was really milky. I wouldn't get it again, but maybe the teas here are better than the lattes.

Sooo good and great study cafe vibes Drinks: 1) Jasmine milk tea: excellent with 75% sweetness 2) Roasted oolong milk tea with honey: would be better with regular sugar and 75-100% sweetness 3) loose leaf milky oolong tea leaves Logistics: -Super hard to find parking -great for doing work here, lots of tables available

After ordering at kiosks, it took about 20 minutes for our drinks. Good things come to those who wait! We ordered: Bubble Milk Tea, light sweetness, less ice Dong Ding Milk Tea, perfect sweetness, less ice Both teas had really good tea flavor. Bubble Milk Tea being more of a traditional black tea and Dong Ding being closer to a green tea. The Bubble Milk Tea had more cream, not sure if this was on purpose. For sweetness, light sweetness was good for me with boba. Perfect sweetness would be good without boba. Overall, the tea was fantastic. 90th+ percentile, but also on the pricier side. Each tea comes with a disposable cup carrier. The space is also really nice place to hang out - modern, spacious, and with a couple of interesting tea-related things to look at including a running video of tea harvesting and processing. As we were looking around, we noticed they have free tea tastings, but reservations look like they book out at least a few days in advance. Really impressed with this shop and will make a point to visit next time we're in the area.

It is located by a college so this place does get really busy.

I think what makes this place stand out is the variety and price. You actually get a decent sized drink for the price, not those short cups that a lot of newer boba shops use nowadays lol. They're also pretty generous with their toppings, which I love. Most of the drinks I've tried are pretty standard, nothing crazy special, but they definitely hit the spot when you're craving something sweet. I also love that you can order ahead on Snackpass and skip the wait. Plus you get rewards if you go often, which clearly works out for me considering how many times I've been here haha. My favorites are the lychee milk tea, mango milk tea, and the classic milk tea with boba, QQ noodles, and grass jelly. Love having all those different textures in one drink!

It's also one of the few spots I get almond milk tea. The drinks themselves are pretty good, especially in their signature glass bottles. Sometimes I do feel the drinks are a bit inconsistent with the sweetness and how strong the tea flavor is. Online ordering is easy, and parking can be another story at times. There were no customers, we just watched her wash a ton of dishes for 10 minutes before starting on our drinks. I got the avocado smoothie, which came with a sweetness level request. 100% was recommended, so I picked that. I watched her literally just put milk, avocado, and ice into a blender. No sweetener such as condensed milk like I expected. As expected, there was absolutely no sweetness in the drink, just milky avocado slush. My husband got a house milk tea with boba, and it was extremely flavorless. Tasted really sweet, but you couldn't really taste the tea at all. Honey boba wasn't bad, not the worst we've tried.
