I forgot her name, but all of a sudden she's no longer there. Then I found out my former therapist Sandi who used to own her own massage business also worked there. She had a strange schedule so it was difficult to get an appt with her, then she moved away. So I tried others they were fine. Some were, some not to my liking. I heard the owner was fantastic, but I was never able to get an appt with her. It's more clinical than a day spa feel, but the place is clean, and comfortable. I decided to purchase a package deal they offered. Everything was fine pre-pandemic. But 2020 came around and we had to wear mask while getting massaged. I normally would be fine with except, I can't wear mask due to my asthma. So the last time I came in for a session, I was able to remove my mask faced down, then face up I had to wear my mask. All of a sudden I started wheezing. I tried to enjoy my massage as much as I could. I ended up sick with asthma the rest of the week, I messaged the business to let them know, and the owner was gracious enough to not only refund my last treatment, but the rest of the sessions I prepaid. Sad, because this place is only a 10 minute drive from my home. I ended up finding a therapist who would massage me unmasked, but the drive was 30 mins. Darn Corona!

She was nice and professional and did a great job getting some of the tension out of my neck and my back. I would definitely go to her again. My only thing was that there were no relaxing scents/oils in the room (I.E. Lavender, mint, etc) but it was still a relaxing experience. I had originally made my appt for a few weeks ago and as I was leaving my place, the owner Scott called me to inform me that the masseuse that day was sadly a no show but he was more than happy to reschedule me and honor any deal I had. Which was I thought was nice, plus I was called instead of driving out and finding out that way. My reasoning for only giving 4 stars was because of the girl that I believe She was sitting on her phone and a calculator and just seemed unhappy to be there. Also when I left she barely seemed to acknowledge me. Usually the person running the front desk is your first impression of an establishment. Needless to say, I was un-impressed at first but glad that after meeting Scott and Celeste my mind was changed.

I know the owner mildly because of seeing a previous massage practitioner named Scott who previously worked here/there. (Scott no longer practices at this clinic/office/space.) She called me back, refused to refund any or all of the money I had paid. She said the problem lay with me for not insisting or asking the guy to do deep tissue; she offered to provided me with a discount on a subsequent massage. She's great to talk to and it's it awkward. One of my favorite parts is she has me take a deep breath in at the end which is great because I always forget to breathe in this way so it forces me to really relax.
