It wasn't until you all returned that you then decided to use the UV light which you should have done the first time y'all came out to pin point the areas. So besides the stairs and the mattress you had to redo my room still smells and stains still remain on my carpet. The scheduler gave me a 2 hour window at first, and then kept me apprised of more specific timing the day of the cleaning. The office staff are polite and friendly. The crew called me an hour before they headed over to my home, at my request. The pricing is honest and fair. Apparently, the carpet cleaning industry has a lot of schemers who lowball the price and then shortcut the cleaning process. Not Excellent Carpet Cleaners! You can choose the level of cleaning and then get exactly what you pay for. How awesome is that!
