I…read moredon't write a lot of Yelp reviews, but I'm posting one here because this business (and Willy) deserve it. Even if you have to wait until they can get you in, (it could be 2 weeks lead time or more) if you care about your car and want the best possible repair, it's worth it to wait for Dowling to do the work. Every car has come back looking factory, like it never happened. Couple of things I will include in addition to the quality of the work. For one, Willy and Dowling is an expert not just in repairing cars, but in dealing with insurance companies. Companies will usually low ball the estimate, leave out a bunch of parts (or specify used parts !) and send you a check for thier own amount. They are hoping you DONT repair your vehicle, and simply pocket the money. I'm sure people who really need the money more than they need the work done do exactly that, saving the insurance company half or more of the true cost of the repair. With 2 different cars, Willy and Dowling went back to the company and had them revise their estimate (which had to double) to include parts left out, or to include factory new body panels instead of used or aftermarket crap that came in damaged or didn't fit up to Dowlings standards. One more notable difference - Dowling cleans and details your car inside and out before returning it to you. It's just a nice professional touch, the last step in doing the job right. For top quality body work and service, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even if I have to wait to get in.
