Fast forward to today and they said they couldn't write me an estimate. Older man came out rude and said he couldnt help me right off the bat!!! Made no sense! I feel like it was race related. They were welcoming and knowledgeable from the get-go--even fixed my front bumper in seconds and immediately. A true testament to their honesty and ethics. The work was completed ahead of time and beautifully. My car looks as good as new, when in fact it's ten years old. Do NOT waste your time going to Auto Exclusive Auto Body in Ardsley, NY (10502)!…read more This place USED TO be great when it was owned by John Giampicolo and was called Giampiccolo Auto Body. But new owners and a new name brought a new vibe, a bad vibe. Owner, Gregg Reith, made me feel like he was doing me a favor by fixing my car. Some time ago, I brought my car in and Gregg gave me an estimate. I told him I was good with his price and he said he ordered the parts. Gregg told me to call him "next week" to see if the parts had arrived. When I called, Gregg told me the parts had not come in yet and to call again next week. This happened 4 or 5 times, spanning 4 or 5 more weeks. The car should have been fixed by then! Finally, I told Gregg, "You call me when the parts arrive." For some reason I never understood, Gregg did not think he should call me, the customer. He thought the customer should keep calling and checking. I never heard from Gregg. I don't think he ever ordered the parts. He just wasted my time. It's like the job was not big enough or important enough for his "exclusive" Auto body business, but he was not straight forward or decent enough to tell me. I took the car somewhere else and got it fixed. I will never go there again. John Giampicolo: I hope you are enjoying your retirement, because for your former customers, it's a big loss!
