I think maybe because the this was sitting chilled/refrigerated for a while the top craquelin layer wasn't quite crispy anymore, though it looked nice. The pancakes were delicious, they were light and fluffy and the buttercream added a nice touch to them. The guava flavor paired well with the pancakes. My friends and I noticed that the place gets really full but seems to clear out around 1pm on weekdays. There is a bathroom available all the way in the back which is nice.
