Eric Medeiros Appliance:…read more First, let me note that I rarely write Yelp reviews. The only ones I have written over the years ( that I recall) are for my computer tech extraordinaire, Martin Wang, of Wang P.C, in Brookline, MA and my guitar tech, Mark Herbert, also of Brookline MA. They are both the absolute best in class. Meanwhile, year after year, Eric Medeiros, who is both an appliance retailer and repairman, has always been there for myself and my family. For 20 years or more, he has professionally and skillfully advised, purchased, maintained and stood by all of them. Hexbailed us out with repairs/ replacements and whatever was needed, at various times( including last minute moments of desperation). Trucking up to the Gay head/Aquinnah area has never been a thrill for many subcontractors/ tradesmen and so forth. But Eric has always come through. Sales wise, when one considers the extra time, trucking/ freight expense and so forth involved in purchasing most any large item, Eric has always managed to offer us very fair and competitive prices on all of our purchases. He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, experienced. Of note is his unique awareness of the island's unique weather tendencies and which brand/ model/ type of appliance( for various reasons) and thus which particular appliance might do best under said particular circumstances. I felt that it was about time that I got around to acknowledging my appreciation of his skills and efforts on our behalf. Additionally, his assistant, Mary Beth has been great at fitting in s into his schedule and pinpointing our needs. Thank you, guys!! Steven Kaufman AQ, MA

A very knowledgeable woman answered the phone, looked up the appliance (which was in their database) and promised a service visit "by Tuesday" (on a Saturday; not a crime for MV august). Our houses have very high ceilings and large half moon windows on the second floor, to enhance lighting and allow sky views. All the windows were dusty and cloudy and unpleasant to look through. However, after MV Cleaning Care worked their magic, everything looks brilliant, both inside and outside! Pablo and Flavio have an excellent and professional 'can do' attitude and their customer service is impeccable. They showed up on time as per our agreement, took on the job and cleaned the interior and exterior windows, muntins and screens, (they even repaired the screens that were damaged, totally unexpected but what a pleasure) and further, cleaned our garage windows despite having to navigate the obstacle course of our disorganized garage. Our windows are sparkling and clear, our views are renewed, and all for a VERY FAIR AND HONEST PRICE! This group does other work as well and I have already engaged them to work on my other home projects. Very satisfied with this company and I highly recommend them. You won't be sorry.

I will start off by saying that I personally did not do business with AAA, but am a tenant at a…read moreproperty in which the landlords are frequent customers of AAA. Most recently a container was dropped off and put right outside my slider door that goes from the kitchen and dining area to the patio. First I had to deal with a wasp nest that was on the outside of the container on the side closest to our door. Then, after requesting that my landlord have it moved to a different location on the one acre lot, I came home at 6:30 one evening to find that the container was gone but that everything in the container was dumped onto the lawn. Including my neighbors busted patio furniture that my landlord told the neighbors they could dump in the container right outside my patio. I don't know if the trash from the container was left on my yard at my landlords urging, out of spite, or if AAA made that decision on their own. Either way, incredibly frustrating, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
