I see it had not been serviced for over 6 months even though the previous owners had an ongoing contract. During the big March '26 storm of course it failed to work. I had to call another repair service to get it working. I called Knight again recently 2x no call back. Lame company who had their stickers all over the generator and in the basement. No more stickers here now. They only want BIG money for new installs. What a horrible company with a nasty woman/girl who answers the phone. You can do better Knight but you will not bc for you it is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY NOT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shame on you.

Where do I start? We hired Cape Cod Independent Power in November of 2021. It took the gas…read morecompany 15 weeks, due to the number of customers looking to get gas lines hooked up to run the line into our house. We finally got our line run to the house on 1/24/22. A note for the gas company, you need to deal with Ellen Whelan, as she is so helpful and she will do everything in her power to help you. CCIP came out on Thursday 1/27/22 and had the gas fitters and electricians do their part and then I called the gas company to place the meter so the final work could be completed. The gas company placed the meter Friday and the electricians came out and finished their work and Nick, the owner of CCIP came out Friday night at 6:30 PM to start the generator and we were good to go. This all happened last week the night before the "Cyclone Bomb" storm we all dealt with on Cape Cod. We lost power at 8:00 AM Saturday and it didn't return until Sunday at 2:00 AM. So, if we didn't have the tremendous work effort of CCIP we would have either froze or would have had to find a hotel for the night, which given the fact that all the electrical companies had already booked all the rooms in the area, we would've been SOL. So, if you are considering a generator for your house, please look into CCIP as they are the BEST on Cape Cod and they will treat you right. I highly recommend Nick and Cape Cod Independent Power as the best company to take care of your generator needs. Thank you, David Guilderson Sandwich, MA.

We are so excited to finally have electricians who have proven they know what they're doing and have reasonable rates, we've lined up additional work for them. They even cleaned up after themselves! I don't think 'clean up after you finish' is too much to expect; however, the difference between the Fisher Electric brothers, and other electricians, is so notable we thought it worth mentioning. How is this for ABOVE & BEYOND: We reached out to Fisher Electric, when a neighbor had a perplexing issue (no breakers had tripped, but no electricity was working at all). They were so frustrated at leaving messages with random electricians, etc. I called Fisher and received a return call within minutes. While trying to guide us through some initial trouble shooting, we learned they were in Maine - ON VACATION! I think they just scored another loyal customer, in my neighbor. Not only were they able to help, it is now the next day and none of the other Electricians have even returned her call.
