We are so excited to finally have electricians who have proven they know what they're doing and have reasonable rates, we've lined up additional work for them. They even cleaned up after themselves! I don't think 'clean up after you finish' is too much to expect; however, the difference between the Fisher Electric brothers, and other electricians, is so notable we thought it worth mentioning. How is this for ABOVE & BEYOND: We reached out to Fisher Electric, when a neighbor had a perplexing issue (no breakers had tripped, but no electricity was working at all). They were so frustrated at leaving messages with random electricians, etc. I called Fisher and received a return call within minutes. While trying to guide us through some initial trouble shooting, we learned they were in Maine - ON VACATION! I think they just scored another loyal customer, in my neighbor. Not only were they able to help, it is now the next day and none of the other Electricians have even returned her call. What a stroke of good fortune to find Driscoll Electric Co.! The company was recommended by Tesla…read morefor a charger installation, and now I know why. They were fantastic from beginning to end. The project manager, David, came out to price out the install for us. He was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was his "can do" attitude about the project. Our next contact was Jessica, who schedules all the jobs. She had to work around our troublesome schedule - we were also having siding replaced on the house and the contractors for that job were way behind, leaving us to "guesstimate" when we could do the Tesla charger install. We came up with a date that should have been after the completed siding job. Well, as luck would have it, the siding contractors did not complete the work in time. But...when Steve, the electrician scheduled for us that day, came to do the installation, he was able to work around the siding issue and complete the job! Steve was right on time and came up with a strategic plan to complete the job, which he did without a hitch and made it possible for the siding contractors to continue their work around the charger without having to move it (which could have damaged it). I would not hesitate to recommend Driscoll for ANY and ALL electrical needs/jobs. I will most certainly have them back for future projects. Their number has made it onto my list of proven winner contractors! Thanks, Driscoll!! I truly appreciate the quality of service and will recommend you to all my friends and neighbors.
