The job was completed as expected although several mistakes were made and not corrected. They seemed to be rushed at the end of the job to move on to the next job. The major issue I had with this company is that they were very unhelpful with securing rebates from the Mass Save program. They were unwilling to supply the equipment or paperwork required to qualify for the rebates. So, if you are planning to work through the Mass Save programs I would recommend against using Bourque for your job.

When we needed service on the units, Bourque promptly told us they couldn't help us at all, but could have if we had a maintenance contract. I fully understand giving preference to maintenance contract customers, but to tell us they couldn't help us at all after the amount of $ we spent with them, is completely unacceptable. Bottom Line: I do not recommend working with this company as, in order to apparently get any service with them, you need to spend even more money on a service contract. If I spend money on something, I accept great service levels (even if I have to pay out of pocket for them). I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
