My wife bought an all-electric vehicle two weeks ago and Paul advised me on which charger to buy, installed it two days ago and we love it! Most importantly, when the oppressive muggy weather finally came, having the unit proved its worth. It was impressive how dry and comfortable the air was, and it felt naturally processed, not like the garbage your breathing from a window unit. It really cleaned out the main room, and made sleeping far more enjoyable on stuffy nights. My long haired German Shepherd really loved it as well. There were days without it on hot stretches where I was wondering if he was going to overheat and have a medical issue. Not to hear him panting on oppressive days was what made me feel as though I did the right thing, and I have no regrets. Regarding Baystate, Jason was a clear choice. I shop around for everything and am picky and Very cheap. I have dealt with many construction and contractors for decades and can read people very well. I had about 8 companies come and give me quotes and all of them were trying to hustle me. I randomly called Baystate, 45 miles from my house, trying to avoid the scammers on Cape Cod, and it was fate. He was happy to do the ride. I trusted and got a good vibe right away, he was a straight shooter. Jason was as as honest as you will find, and knowledgable. He reminds me of a younger version of me (a bundle of helpful energy). I recently had an issue with my mini split, and I called for a service. I was told to service the unit the cost would be between $159 and $250. The service person came and went, no information was provide on the service he perform expect to say it was a deep clean. A few weeks later I received the bill in the mail for $380, well that is way more than what was told to me. The bill also did not have any details on the service performed, the bill states a "Tune Up Ductless". When I spoke to the person who handles the billing, she said that is the price and sorry I was told something different. She did offer to deduct $25. Also the office person said the credit card they have on file is no longer valid, I did not even know they had my credit card still on file and never gave permission to charge without my knowledge. This is terrible customer service and a dishonest business. When a price is given every effort should be made to honor that price and if it is going to be substantially more like, in my case, then that should be told up front prior to work being started.

Neither diagnosis nor the fix was easy. The process took the better part of an hour. Then, I asked him for a recommendation for bulbs for vanity recessed lights in my bathroom. The "warm" light from the bulbs I had bought on line was too harsh, even when dimmed. Walter found and sold me the perfect bulbs. "How much do I owe you?" I asked. Two bulbs plus tax = $6.38. Done! Try that at Home Depot!
