Every year I have to wait for some monster pines and maple trees to drop a Hugh amount of leaves. That means whomever comes to home to clean some ugly gutters face a cold windy day. I cannot climb a ladder anymore and finding that perfect company is tough in Cape Cod. Today some incredible workers from Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys, Bobby, Drew and Tim pulled into the driver and went right to work cleaning 75 feet of gutter front and back and of course 50 feet on the backside is second story! Did I mention that there was zero sun out today, it was miserable. From the moment the pulled ladders off the trucks until that knock on the with Bobby reviewing the days job. Never a peep, just pure mission accomplishment from this team. If you live on Cape COD and are surrounded by beautiful maples and pines watch what they pull out of your gutters. If you are thinking you can skip a gutter cleaning, don't make that error. If you want the best company to do this ugly task, stick with Bobby, Tim and Drew from Cape COD Gutter Monkeys, Mashpee Ma. You will be thrilled from your beginning call to Molly in the office and on time arrival of the team. I am sold on this company and you will be too. Last year Bobby and a talented crew installed new commercial sized gutters for me! It's been a year of outstanding operation of those gutters! Gutter Monkeys of Cape Cod! The go-to people for all your gutter needs. read more

Older home, new to us. Long list of maintenance & repairs. Hired Gutter Monkeys to clean gutters. Per home inspector's recommendation, asked GM to check/flush underground drain system which gutters feed into. Crew filled several holes with dirt and added short curve to bottom of down spouts which is not sufficient to carry water away from foundation. read more

team came out to house and gave an estimate to clean gutters and replace some sections. they scheduled an appointment about 3 weeks out, the night before the appointment they called to say they wont be out for another 2 weeks due to staffing. they say someone just took time off this week. if you look at other reviews this is very common for this business. they want to lock everyone into a floating date so the company has the flexibility to do this. if they actually show I the appointment that is 2 weeks from the original I'll repost a review on the quality of the work. but as my friend said if a company spends a lot on marketing they can't spend a lot on customer service. So I guess Gutter Monkeys believes in marketing read more

Work crew of 5 people arrived promptly on time & work hard & "in sync" to complete job in three hours, including cleaning up after themselves. They replaced three fascia boards on 2nd floor and all related gutters and down spouts. Also stained wood with Thompson Water Seal. Also, they called me the day prior to arrival to confirm their arrival time (8AM). Very professional in regards to customer contact & satisfaction. Highly recommended & very satisfied. read more

I wouldn't even bother to write this except for their obnoxious and near constant radio advertising claiming to be able to handle gutter jobs that are complicated etc. The commercial is on so often and every time I'm reminded of our experience with them and reminded to write. My elderly parents own a raised ranch and hired these clowns, who, after one year told them the job was too much and turned it down. For reference my father, who is now 83 has done the gutters every year and just NOW is thinking maybe he should leave ladders to someone else. It's unbelievable a company would brag about no job being beyond them but tell a guy who's been doing it for literally the last 50 years "nope, too much of a hassle." Made a few more calls for bids, no one else flat out turned them down. de read more

I emailed Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys on a Saturday, got a phone call on Sunday, from (no less!) and set up service for Tuesday. Then received a voice mail from Michelle on Monday confirming the Tuesday appointment. Another thunderstorm and torrential rain forecast for the afternoon. As we were having problems with gutters and flooding, it was amazing that they were able to come before the storm hit us again! I can not say enough about the efficiency, knowledge and professionalism of this company. They have a amazing website that gave me a whole new picture of their abilities and what they can do for homeowners. We will be calling them again for other services to our home! In this day and age, I would say their prices are reasonable - especially with the service they provide. Thank you Gutter Monkeys for being on Cape Cod! read more

Wow, what great service, both on the phone and in person. They are very reasonable in their prices but their service is even more valuable. Professional and courteous. And it's really great they focus on just gutters, which brings a higher level of expertise than just your general handyman or contractor.I will use them from now on. No comparison. read more
