This was our first time hiring a window cleaning service. Heretofore we always did them ourselves. We always cleaned the window sills inside and out. We decided to try out a professional service and received several quotes. We were late getting quotes for service for after the pollen ended. We have 50 plus windows. Two windows are 3 levels up on the outside and three inside are at the top of a second story family room space. PearTree's proposal and communication was extraordinary. After our email request for a quote they contacted us right away, communicated with us every step of the way and always very timely. Their email proposal was probably the best proposal I've ever seen. The proposal was clear, had plenty of detail about what would be done (they do have several options to choose from), they included their insurance certificates, and real photos of how the job is done. Outstanding! We are very glad we chose Peartree. The actual window cleaning came out terrific. They also cleaned all of the window sills inside and out (to our surprise we learned that cleaning the window sills isn't always included by other providers). In addition they scraped a number of windows that had some very faint but nonetheless noticeable paint over spray from outside painting last fall. Lastly they installed many of the screens that we had washed and removed last fall. Clearly this family operated firm cares about the job they do and it easy to recognize it. In addition they worked hard fitting us into their already busy schedule. Everyone else said it would be a month or longer to do the work. Bottom line is they are very friendly, very professional, and do great work. We plan on hiring them for future annual or semi-annual window cleaning. read more

I have had Peartree Window Washing clean my windows and deck several times since my realtor neighbor recommended them. They have never disappointed me. They confirmed the appointment and then sent a reminder a few days before the actual date which I welcomed. The day of the appointment they texted me to say they were on their way. Four clean cut, quiet men went to work immediately after the lead man greeted me at the door. They were respectful of my home, efficient and did a fabulous job. I will continue to call them again and in the fall will inquire about cleaning my gutters, which I know they also do. PS They offer you a "menu" so you can decide exactly what you would like done such as just windows or windows and screen, etc. In case you are on a budget or want to make your own choices. They did a great job! They were very thorough. Joseph and his crew arrived on time and walked through the house with me to make sure everything was perfect. One window frame had some gunk left in a corner, so he took out his tool and cleaned it out. I would never have noticed, but he did. They arrived with 3 men and completed the job of washing all the windows in our house in about 11/2 hours.They were neat, clean and polite. The one thing I was not happy with was if you wanted to pay with a credit card they charged you more than your bill. I think it was around 3%. I wrote a check and mailed it. read more
