Once they arrive they work solidly until the job is complete washing all of our windows and cleaning the screens!. We are always amazed at how dirty the windows get in a year and how much brighter the house is after CWW has been here. They even remove and store our bedroom air conditioners each year. On June 17, I made an appointment for this company to wash my windows on July 17. On July 17, Mark phoned at 9 am to ask if I had gotten his text telling me to sleep in and stated that his crew would arrive between 10 and 11. There had been no text from Mark, but I told him on the phone that I would expect his crew between 10 and 11. I prepared for their arrival, clearing items away from windows inside the house. By 12:30, Mark's crew had not arrived, and he had not answered either of my two texts asking where they were. So I cancelled FOREVER. I had arranged my day around this appointment. I am quite unhappy to have done so needlessly. Surely another company will prove more reliable. read more

Have used CWW the past few seasons and I have to say the quality of work has dropped dramatically. Mark showed up when we last had our windows done but left quite early in the process. Compared to the previous season the job was quite subpar and I later saw that 2 windows were missed. I did not want to make an issue of it so I kept my mouth shut and did not complain of the subpar work. . Earlier this month Mark texted me asking when I wanted to schedule a time to have our windows cleaned. I felt I needed to tell Mark that the previous seasons work was subpar and that I was not happy the way our windows came out expecting to hear back from him saying that they will go out of their way to ensure that our windows were done to our satisfaction. Not a peep from Mark. I texted him 2 more times and still no response. Apparently he does not care about his customers once he cashes the check ( $700 per season ). For a small business to not even care about their customers is quite extraordinary during these times. It just goes to show the arrogance of some people. There are many similar companies to clean your windows. I urge you to look at another company than Chatham Window Washing. read more

Returned call immediately...flexible with scheduling. Showed up and professional in both attire and execution of work. Explained pole system of cleaning versus conventional including pros of this method.Both windows and screens look fabulous and because of pole cleaning I don't have to worry about pollen adhering to the surfaces! man came to my house to clean my windows. The NXT day I checked the windows that they did. The ones they did were ok, even though there were spots on some. They didn't clean 2 garage door windows or 3 windows in the basement. I called and left messages several times a day and I sent emails as well. He never got back to me even though he lives around the corner. I paid $350 for a job NOT complete. I don't recommend them read more

We called last week for him to come by and give us a estimate. The next day he sent my wife a quote, which we happily accepted and within a week he came back on the schedule day, 1/2 hour early and put the shoe protectors on when coming in the house. He spent 4 1/2 hours working on the windows, sills, and screen, and wow, they never looked better. Great job, awesome price, and very cautious on keeping things clean and organized. Company uses a water filtration which sprays water through a brush that is on an extension pole to wash the windows. The owner claims that the filtration system eliminates the need to dry the panes with a squeegee or microfiber cloth. The windows had water spots on all the panes. The owner stated it was caused by hard water so there is nothing he can do. I have had our windows washed several times by reputable companies that use squeegee and ladders and have not had any issues. read more

THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. We booked a window washing service FOUR MONTHS in advance so that the windows would be sparkling for our summer guests. The day before the cleaning, when I contacted Mark (the owner), he informed me that they were not coming because they were "overbooked." That's the extent of the explanation. Not only are we repeat customers, not only did we book four months in advance (and confirmed the date with the owner), but we had to contact them to find out that our appointment had been unilaterally cancelled. And now, it is much too late to find someone else before our guests arrive. We also agree with other reviewers that their cleaning treatment will leave spots. Go elsewhere. read more

When you hear the word Chatham, most of us equate the word Chatham with quality, that couldn't be further from the truth when you connect it with Chatham Window Washing! Two years ago I hired them to clean my windows, while they were washing my Anderson windows, it necessitates the removal of all the wooden grills on the inside of the house. I walked into my sun room where Mark (the owner) was working only to notice a broken grill on the couch. I pointed it out to Mark and his response was "Its dry rot and that he would fix it". I left the room and allowed them to finish the job I hired them to do and we paid Mark upon completion. The following day, we discovered several windows were badly streaked and we called Mark to complain, he said that he would send someone back to redo the streaked windows. While waiting for someone to return we discovered many springs from the grills on the floor and realized that many of them had been damaged. I was so disgusted at that point, I told them I never wanted Chatham Window Washing on my property again. Fast forward to this year, I had another window washing company come to wash my windows and as a precaution I would remove the grills myself so I could make sure they weren't damaged any further. Only when I did this did I discover how badly damaged they were, and it necessitated me to buy two new grills and rob springs from the non reparable ones to fix everything. I tried to contact Mark but I got no response. I will NEVER recommend Chatham Window Washing to anyone. read more

I called Mark in early April to request a quote. He got back to me and came over to our house. We wanted the outside and screens done, not the insides due to Covid. He was prompt in getting back to me with a written quote. I explained that we needed to finish getting some things done on the outside of our house before proceeding with the windows and I would call him when we were ready. It was June before I got in touch with Mark and he said that he had availability in July. It took a couple of emails and phone calls to get a date. Mark finally came over and did the windows and I paid him. It wasn't until after he left that I realized that the screens were not done. I called immediately and left a message. I also emailed him as well. I never heard back. I ended up leaving two voicemails and at least five emails over the course of a week asking what happened and to see if he could come back and complete the job that he quoted me. I ended up having to clean the screens myself. I am very disappointed that Mark felt he didn't need to get back to me and resolve this situation. Unfortunately I will not be recommending his services to other people. read more

Mark and his team washed my windows and they were done perfectly! Our house sits on a hill and get the rain, wind, etc. His crew did a great job as there were no streaks, no smudges, clear as glass! Mark is an absolute professional to deal with, his prices are fair and he is reliable. He is returning this year and I highly recommend him. read more
