How can they not even get estimations scheduled right. It's your first impression with the customer. Not optimistic, I turned to Yelp to see if it was even possible to ind a 24-hour company to come assess the damage. INCREDIBLY, Ben answered the phone right away, and came to ur house at 3:30 am to come help. I have never experienced such stellar service! Ben immediately detected the leak, and it turned out we also needed mold remediation work. In the short time I got to know Ben before I left for my trip, I trusted him enough to leave him a key to my house, and he worked throughout the week (the same week as Labor Day, by the way), while my family and I were away. Talk about going above and beyond ! He and one of his head technicians sent updates and pictures of the work they did every day, they would text every time they came to the house and left the house, and by the time we got home, they had finished the job beautifully, water damage was repaired and the mold was removed. I cannot possibly recommend Flood and Fire Response highly enough. Their communication was so through and consistent, their prices are totally fair and reasonable, and the customer service was just outstanding. Ben and his technicians are honest, dependable, and true experts in what they do. I will be referring them to EVERYONE I know!! Thank you SO much for your incredible work!
