Cute spot that can accommodate big groups. Worth a stop but not a long stay. The wine & cider options were very sweet. My favorite cider was the mango but otherwise I'd skip the other options. The flights were very cheap - 4 tastings for $10. If sweet wines and seltzer's are your thing this is your place. We had the pretzel with beer cheese and chips with Buffalo chicken dip. Honestly, the food felt like a high school football concession stand and tasted like it too. I'd definitely skip it or bring your own food (not sure if that's allowed). People around us had wraps and sandwiches they ordered which looked okay. Picnic tables outside and dogs are allowed! Plenty of parking. Giving this 4 stars because COVID is hard for these places. read more

Second stop on our wine tour this weekend. The outside space is just beautiful! You can sit at the picnic tables, look out into the vineyard, and watch the many trains going by in the distance. This winery also has a lot of food options and a gift shop. I tried the food and it is typical "concession stand" food, but it's a decent option for people who need to eat during consumption of copious amounts of wine! Their pours here are also huge! If I lived closer (I live 2 hours away) I would spend a lot of time here on the weekends! We just loved it. The Vidal was my favorite wine and I didn't care for the Chardonnay reserve. read more

First stop on a Saturday afternoon wine tasting visit. Definitely our favorite of the 5 visited. These folks are clearly on top of their game. The cellar/tasting room is absolutely beautiful. Our tasting hostess shared some interesting history of the building. She was friendly and professional but was stretched a little thin as a rush of customers came in shortly after us. She handled things really well, but no one got that personal, relaxed experience you'd like with a tasting. We got some lunch- apparently they are the only vineyard in the are that serves food? The charcuterie board and buffalo chicken dip were both very good. Enjoyed those outside on a table outside with a glass of wine and their amazing spiked mango cider. This was by far our #1 favorite winery out of the four we visited this weekend in North East, PA! It also had the most customers which made for such a happy and upbeat atmosphere! At the same time it also felt so peaceful as we sat outside sipping our wines and beers while looking at the vineyard. When we looked to our left we could see water! What a beautiful setting! This is exactly what I had in mind when planning our trip! The sweet lady gave us a very detailed explanation of the wines and beers available. We loved the idea of a flight so that we sampled 2 delicious wines and 2 great beers! She made us feel so very welcome! I think this was one of my favorite wineries on a wine tour I just went on in Erie. Although the weather was gloomy and rainy, the place was a real gem. In nice weather, they have a great outdoor patio section and I can't wait to go back and enjoy a glass on wine sitting out there. For the purpose of this review, we were inside and tasted 5-6 of their wines. My favorite was actually the Vignoles and I bought a bottle to bring back home. They had a nice menu, and we ordered a few appetizers to share with the group. We got a hummus and veggie tray, a cheese and meat tray and chips and salsa. The staff was nice and very attentive during the tasting portion and our food came out very quickly so we were able to enjoy before our schedule moved us on to the next winery!! This place was absolutely amazing!!! We came here on a long weekend trip to Erie and were immediately taken with the family atmosphere and the gorgeous barn. It is so nice to be able to go somewhere with craft beer and vine and delightful food. It made planning the day so much easier. I have recommended this place to my friends who live in the area and they have all have been pleasantly surprised. Stopped here on a Saturday evening while visiting the Erie area. Did a sampling of 3 wines, cider, and beer. They were out of some of the wines I wanted to try but I did like (and buy) some of the sweet blushes they had. Chocolate stout beer was OK, but I'm not much of a beer person. Atmosphere was nice, beer that was available was fair. We had the Small Craft Advisory, a wheat beer that was very drinkable. The Hurrigan on Nitro was a solid 3.5 stars. We also tried the Handsome Cabernet. Now, compared to California cabs this would be a fair 2.5 at best and could use a sit. We also had the Falcon Red blend. Avoid this wine at all costs. Tasted like concentrated and bitter black cherry juice and has no business being served. This may be the worst wine I've ever tasted. The people were nice, prices are reasonable. Still worth a stop. Likely a better stop if you like sweet wines....Cheers! read more

On a day trip to "drank" wine we found Arundel Cellars and Brewing and being both beer and wine lovers we thought cool, let's check it out. The place itself is huge and accommodates a lot of people so this would be a great group spot as some of the other places are very small. It's also new and hey I like new and clean. The beer - we tried the IPA in our tasting and it was a solid 2.5/5 just not that great! The wine - we liked the wines that we tried here even though there were a ton of sweet wines but that is more the area than this place in general. We ended up buying a dry red bottle and split the meat and cheese platter for something like $10 good deal and a ton of food. We ate it outside staring into the sky and it was great. This is a nice place - oh and our bartender (who wasn't even old enough to drink) was a great asset to their team. Everyone he dealt with seemed to enjoy his personality. read more

This is a great place to stop if you are doing the Lake Erie Wine Trail. Have been to almost all the wineries in the NY and PA area and Arundel has some of the best wine and food options. The homemade brew is pretty good, definitely a change of pace and a new flavor experience. The atmosphere is great with a fireplace and some jams. Have not experienced there summer festivities, but I hear they are a good time. read more

This is a very beautiful winery/brewery, it has a great atmosphere with lively music so if you're close in the area this is definitely an area you should visit. I've been to alot of breweries and wineries Cross country the past four years and I've got to say well done the staff was knowledgeable and friendly (I love to grill them with questions lol ) Ilthe beer was great especially for a place that does both (not very many places we could find that hold to the standard that we liked that can do both ) I recommend the sweet kiss, reunion or wild child if you want sweet wines, darkbird if you want a dry but smooth wine ( pairs vwell with the T-bone steak and a little garlic) With the beers I would recommend the beared knight if are looking for something closer to your Boston beers ( harpoon, Abby's, and light Sam Adams ) and their seasonal yeti if you like that warm spiced beer feeling in your chest and the nitro stout and inkling( I'm a sucker for stouts) if you want a dark robust stout then go nitro, but if you have a complex pallet and want a little more go for the inkling. It's gotta lot of flavor like a dark ale so I'd take my time with this one so you can get the full flavor. All in all I good place to go with friends and an enjoyable experience so keep it in mind for your brew trails (P.s. Also I hear they are going to do a barrel burning stout so keep an eye out for that ) read more

The beer is great (overpriced in my opinion at $6.50 a pint, hence the 4 stars, but I guess you make up for it with the beautiful atmosphere), the wine is a bit sweet for my taste though. From the road it's an old Barn that someone spent a LOT of money and time to make awesome!!! The inside is big old beams and stone. Really cool. Wine and beer with tastings available. Food also available. You can sit inside or outside and you can walk in the vineyard. We recently showed up on a July Monday around noon. They even had live music. The music was great but the volume was extremely loud for a summer afternoon in a small sealed environment, in my opinion. I have been there several times and they are always busy and seem to be adequately staffed. Good job guys! read more
