The crew was here within the week and only took one day to roof 1,748 sq feet. They cleaned up, with not a speck of stuff anywhere and also blew the leaves off of our porch and patio, which saved me a lot of time and effort! The shingles are very good quality and give our home a nice look. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Our property manager brought us some bids from a few contractors. The one we selected was Romans company. I met with him to discuss the job and he was excited to get started. They finished all of the work in 1 day. I could not be happier with Roman and his workers. He came out several times to check on things and you can just tell he takes pride in his workmanship. He did it all at a very fair price. I am sure this is the start of a great relationship with this company. I highly recommend Roman for any tasks he takes on.

I highly recommend Joe Higginbotham at Capco Inc. Two of my neighbors had their roofs replaced by…read moreCapco, and they suggested I call him when my son bought his first house. There were several inspection issues that needed to be addressed. Joe himself answered the company phone number, he came right out with a couple of guys to give us an estimate, and he fit us into his schedule right away. He doesn't use salesmen; he looks at your project and gives you the estimate himself. His quote was very reasonable. He replaced over 100 feet of rotten fascia wood and all the gutters on my son's house. He painted the new wood, added more downspouts, installed new gutters and even painted the downspouts to match the blue siding of the house. I don't even know how he matched the color! In addition to the gutters, he created a new chimney cap that went OVER the siding up the chimney, instead of under, which prevents water from seeping behind the siding and causing rot. He also painted all the thru-roof flashings. We couldn't have been more impressed with the end result. In short, Joe is a good man who does really good work. Capco has an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau, they have been in business for 42 years as of 2025, and they do so much more than roofs and gutters. If you need work done on your home, give Joe a call and include Capco in your list of estimates. I believe you will be glad you did. Best wishes to you.

After meeting with Robert a couple of times, he gave me an estimate of $6000 for a new roof. I asked for a written estimate. He gave no breakdown of material and labor, never even the price of the shingles. I decided not to have him do the work and asked about the deposit. He sent several angry, some threatening text messages...including telling me that the tarp was $150 & that a tree branch he'd removed (I paid someone else to haul it after it was cut) was another $150, so I OWED him $100 ! Later, he texted that the tarp was an EMERGENCY REPAIR, which he charges $250 minimum!!! Threatened to bill me for additional money and file a lien (which he spelled lean)!!! Use at your own risk. See pic of the $250 "emergency repair"... a $10 blue plastic tarp. He kept adding on more costs ,as threats when I told him I would review on yelp. He apparently believes that he can just create prices, AFTER the fact, and threaten legal action. I believe it's called extortion.
