I dont think they've convinced me to return as a loyal customer, but I would consider returning if I needed an emergency cut. Pricing is inexpensive - moderately expensive, depending on the degree of service. I had a cut, wash and blow dry and it was $60 (should have been $50 - apparently it was an additional $10 to blow out my thick hair...and it wasnt even completely dried and the style was sub-par).
