Alexis is so sweet and friendly and made sure my bridal party of 9 bridesmaids, my mom, and myself, all looked and felt our absolute best. Some of the girls were not as familiar with getting their hair or makeup done but Alexis was so thorough in making sure everyone loved how it all turned out. My maid of honor didn't initially love the way her hair turned out (she has hair on the fine side), and Danielle (who was doing hair for my bridesmaids) was so incredibly sweet and completely redid her hair and she felt so much better and looked stunning at the end of it. Second cut was better, however, I have been scheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled. My original stylist left, and I was put with someone else, then canceled and put with another stylist, got my hair cut, was ok, then this stylist was no longer there so I was put with another and this cut was just way below average, and the price had increased without any advance notice. I don't know why they have so much turnover, prior to coming here, I had the same hairstylist for years and years until she sadly moved away. I need to find a new place as these haircuts have been mid at best and they can't seem to keep their stylists.
