The color was much lighter than expected, only in some sections of my hair, and looked really unnatural. My friends and family had nothing positive to say about it and it wasn't really a great look for work. I dyed the blonde highlights dark brown two days later myself. Upon checkout I was shocked when I was charged $40 more than Abby. Christine told me she had been "doing this for 20 years".
