Jeff was very helpful and responsive. We never actually met but he handled our gutters and roof de-mossing very professionally. Easy to schedule and great on follow-up. I didn't shop too much but his prices seemed very reasonable. I'd definitely use again and recommend him! read more

We've used Artisan for several years now, for both windows and gutters, and they've always done a fabulous job for us! Great customer service, spotless cleanup, nice folks! They definitely earned their 5 stars!! read more

This is the best window cleaning company around! They have cleaned our windows both interior/exterior 3 times now and do an outstanding job each time. We have some very difficult windows to clean on our main floor due to leaded glass windows with patterns. I had a handful of companies who weren't comfortable or had the expertise to clean them. They did it with ease and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Also had our gutters cleaned and they did a great job. Would highly recommend them! read more

They were fantastic! My roof looks like new and the communication was excellent. Will definitely be using this service again..

Prompt response for a quote and scheduled gutter cleaning as soon was available. Service was great all the way around and felt that I got good value. Also got some good recommendations for other ongoing maintenance etc. Invoiced and paid by check on the spot. Thanks! read more

Excellent customer service. I used their website to schedule an assessment and got a reply within the same day. I had an idea of what I wanted, and actually saved money on what they suggested I really needed - I thought I wanted the roof pressure washed because I saw a neighbor do it, but they suggested a sweep to remove the moss instead to avoid damage to the roof, we also had an infestation of starling birds. After the service, the owner checked the results for quality. It's been a couple of years since this service, but it was so impressive that I still suggest their service to other home owners. read more

I'd highly recommend Artisan Window for window and gutter cleaning! Josh called me back quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. Josh and Garth were on time, knowledgeable and friendly. They even gave me some extra advice about our roof and treated some moss that was growing. We will be using Artisan Windows again and definitely recommend their services! read more

I have used Artisan for two or three years in a row now. Besides the efficient fast gutter and window cleaning, he also treated moss on my roof. Prices very reasonable, super easy to work with. read more

Good customer service. Price was right in the middle for the market, it seems. They swept the moss of my roof, and cleaned the gutters. Now I should be good for a few years! (I hope?). read more

Great contractor, very professional, great customer service. Josh told us he wanted us to be happy with the job he did, and boy - we are! *Called us back to schedule quickly (2 other contractors never called back to offer bids). *Called when the job before ours had him running a little late. *Let us know his recommendations for moss treatment when he assessed the condition of our roof (but left the decision up to us and didn't try to pressure us into more services). *Prices were reasonable. *He also cleaned/blew the debris out of our driveway (not just what had fallen from the roof) as a bonus just because he saw it needed it - and extra bit of customer service that was so helpful to us! We appreciated his work and attitude so much, we asked him to add us to his annual schedule for cleanings. We will definitely be using his company again. read more

Awesome!!!! Josh was prompt to reply and set our appointment. The gutters where a real mess but his team did a great job. All the debris that fell to the ground and on the house was neatly cleaned up and swept away. I highly recommend Josh and his company! read more

Wow! This company deserves 10 stars! I called this company and they immediately picked up the phone, and within minutes, I had an appointment scheduled for the same day for gutter cleaning service. I then received an email confirming my appointment and time. The two employees showed up exactly on time, they were polite, attentive, professional, and did a wonderful job, taking out all the snap in gutter guards, cleaning all the moss and debris from the gutters, flushing them out, replacing all the gutter guards, and cleaning up. They even shut and locked all my gates before leaving. I will use this company for gutter cleaning from now on and I will recommend them to all friends and family. I am a very happy customer and I thank you, Artisan windows and gutters, and all your crew, for an A+ job! read more

I called Jeff and he had someone out here that same week! They did a fabulous job pressure washing my roof, getting rid of all the moss making a bid to take over. They also cleaned out all the gutters on the house. They even cleaned the roof over my seperate garage no extra fee. It took all day but the price was very reasonable. Over all, i highly recommend them. read more

Vance cleaned our windows and gutters and I am so pleased. He was friendly and detail oriented. I will definitely use this company again!

Wow these people are fast and good! I called about a week and a half ago and made an appointment for them to clean moss off my roof, gutters, driveway. They promptly scheduled an appointment for the next week, and then came and did an awesome job on everything! Our driveway is fairly steep, and has an old drain at the bottom. Leaves and such tend to accumulate very easily in it. I asked Artisan Window &c to be very careful not to clog this drain -- it would be really easy for a sloppy person to clog the drain when using a pressure-washer to remove all the moss from the driveway. And they did *exactly* what I asked them to do -- the driveway was spotless, and the drain was totally clear. They were fast, very easy communicate with (used email), and did a great job! Can't ask for better! read more

Garth came out to clean the moss off our roof and clean our gutters and did an excellent job! We've got a particularly pitched roof that is difficult to maneuver, so it probably took him longer than average but he managed to get our roof completely cleaned. He was very nice and professional and I would definitely call these guys again. read more

I hired Artisan to clean gutters, do a detailed exterior cleaning of gutters, and clean some windows. I am pleased with their work and will use them again. read more

Absolutely, positively excellent service! Jeff called me back promptly when I left a message to inquire about work we needed done - THAT in itself is refreshing, as others did not bother to call back. Our situation was a little bit unique, and Jeff handled it like a pro. He also clued me in on a few things to keep an eye on - not trying to sell me additional service, but truly trying to help me maintain things to save needing service - much appreciated. Honest and proficient, I'd hire Artisian again in a New York minute for gutter/roof cleaning and/or window cleaning. read more

I had a great experience with this company. They addressed our urgent issue right away and even made it out same day, at a reasonable price. Highly recommend! read more

Fantastic service. We have a two story house with lots of gutters, plus a garage with gutters. Technician Vance did a great job scaling the house and cleaning everything out and now our gutters are working without issue. The mud/gunk/leaves, which Vance put in our compost cart, was something to behold. I think we will probably start to do this service annually. Thank you! read more

Josh did excellent work cleaning out the gutters, pressure washing the house, and meticulously cleaning all the windows (a ton of them, including 115 year old stain glass). He was great at communicating time and prices for the various jobs. Josh paid attention to detail, didn't gripe when I added jobs on, and worked well into the evening to make sure everything was done just right. We will definitely be having him back! read more

I called Artisan on a Wednesday, and he was out on Thursday. He did a great job cleaning our gutters and making a minor repair, staying late even though it was getting dark. Good price, great service, and a terrific job. I would/will hire him again. read more

We hired Jeff based on the great reviews, to clean a roof with a lot of moss and to clean our exterior windows. We're glad we did! He did an excellent job on both, and was responsive and communicative from the start. I'd neglected to remove a couple window screens, but he was willing to come back and finish the work, once again exceeding expectations. Our windows and roof look fantastic! We look forward to working with Jeff again, and highly recommend his work. read more

Josh cleaned the windows in our townhome recently and did a fantastic job. He was on time, meticulous in his work and came across as a kind, honest professional. (Very comfortable having him in our home - important for families where someone is at home and children are present.) We will have him back soon for some additional work (roof cleaning) soon! read more

We just had Jeff do our windows and gutters yesterday. He did an excellent job on both, especially the windows. They look great! Meticulous worker who took off his shoes in the house and cleaned up after himself. A little tricky to schedule with but once he came the work was top notch. We will use him again and would recommend him to others. read more

Jeff & the folks are Artisan are great. Courteous, prompt, honest, and they do good work. Jeff cleaned my gutters last fall, and recently helped me in a pinch. Was over in a heartbeat and fixed a gutter overflow problem. I'll call him whenever I need gutter & window work in Seattle. read more

Great service and very responsive. Very reasonable bid and very personable on the job. A pleasure to work with, would recommend them to anyone. I am not sure I'd call on anyone else for our roofing needs. You need these guys! read more

I had a blocked downspout. Jeff gave me an estimate over the phone and then we scheduled a day for him to come out. He showed up early, fixed the problem for the exact quoted price, and promised to come back out if the problem wasn't fixed properly. No issues whatsoever, and I will definitely use his service again. Excellent! read more

Jeff came over a couple of times now to clean gutters at home. He did a great job and also fixed a bracket free of charge.

Fantastic work. Artisan (Josh) immediately responded to my call, contacting me to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Another company offered an estimate/appointment 2 weeks from now, but Artisan said they would do their best to fit me in at the end of their day and they did. They showed up 2 days after I called. The team was on time and immediately resolved our issue. They also offered helpful suggestions going forward. They also blew all the debris out and made sure the area was very clean after their work. Great, efficient work. We'll be hiring them again and have already recommended Artisan to our neighbor. read more

Easily made an appointment over the phone. They arrived a bit early(wow)! Gave me an estimate for washing windows inside and out and cleaning debris off roof. Not sure exactly how long they were here but they did a superb job and were out in no time! Big mess from all the debris from roof which they cleaned up. read more

I attempted contact via their website. I described the job I had and did not receive a response either by e mail or phone call.

Will not be using again. I made an appointment for cleaning the interior and exterior windows on my modest, 1 1/2 story house--it took three visits to wash the exterior windows, and they failed to show up for washing the interior windows (and did not call). For the exterior, the window cleaner missed his original appointment window by 3 hours (called once after he had missed his 1 hour window to say that he would be another hour delayed--he got there more than 2 hours later), arrived at 3 pm and only had 2 hours of light in which to work. He asked if he could come back at 8 the next morning. Did not show up until 9:20, and left without washing 7 upper story windows. When I called, he told me he had washed them and I was seeing dirt on the inside of the windows. I convinced him that the dirt was on the outside, and he returned and washed the windows saying he did not know how he missed them. He left saying I would need to make a separate appointment to have the inside of the windows washed. The main contact, Josh, said he would do the interior windows himself, but he did not show up at the time he said he would (or at all), nor did he contact me. In a word, unreliable. read more
