Jeff came to my house, evaluated, and gave me an estimate that was SIGNIFICANTLY less than a competitor. He removed established moss and a lot of debris, with no fuss and great clean up. He brushed off my garage roof at no extra charge. He called when he was going to be late because another job had run over--which says to me that he made sure he did right by that customer also--and then gave me a little discount because he had was late. Jeff was great - easy to schedule, simple to work with, and very reliable, he took photos of a damaged spot on my roof that needed work, from a couple of angles, and texted me the pictures that night. They did a great job cleaning our gutters. I received a prompt response to my message, quickly got a quote and they were scheduled to come out within a couple of business days. He was a little late but after he explained that he was coming from North Seattle, we live in West Seattle, and it was late afternoon, it was completely understandable. Excellent customer service. I used their website to schedule an assessment and got a reply within the same day. I had an idea of what I wanted, and actually saved money on what they suggested I really needed - I thought I wanted the roof pressure washed because I saw a neighbor do it, but they suggested a sweep to remove the moss instead to avoid damage to the roof, we also had an infestation of starling birds. After the service, the owner checked the results for quality. Josh told us he wanted us to be happy with the job he did, and boy - we are! *Called us back to schedule quickly (2 other contractors never called back to offer bids). *Called when the job before ours had him running a little late. *Let us know his recommendations for moss treatment when he assessed the condition of our roof (but left the decision up to us and didn't try to pressure us into more services). *Prices were reasonable. *He also cleaned/blew the debris out of our driveway (not just what had fallen from the roof) as a bonus just because he saw it needed it - and extra bit of customer service that was so helpful to us! Wow! This company deserves 10 stars! I called this company and they immediately picked up the phone, and within minutes, I had an appointment scheduled for the same day for gutter cleaning service. I then received an email confirming my appointment and time. The two employees showed up exactly on time, they were polite, attentive, professional, and did a wonderful job, taking out all the snap in gutter guards, cleaning all the moss and debris from the gutters, flushing them out, replacing all the gutter guards, and cleaning up. They even shut and locked all my gates before leaving. I will use this company for gutter cleaning from now on and I will recommend them to all friends and family. I called Jeff and he had someone out here that same week! They did a fabulous job pressure washing my roof, getting rid of all the moss making a bid to take over. They also cleaned out all the gutters on the house. They even cleaned the roof over my seperate garage no extra fee. It took all day but the price was very reasonable. Wow these people are fast and good! I called about a week and a half ago and made an appointment for them to clean moss off my roof, gutters, driveway. They promptly scheduled an appointment for the next week, and then came and did an awesome job on everything! Our driveway is fairly steep, and has an old drain at the bottom. Leaves and such tend to accumulate very easily in it. I asked Artisan Window &c to be very careful not to clog this drain -- it would be really easy for a sloppy person to clog the drain when using a pressure-washer to remove all the moss from the driveway. And they did *exactly* what I asked them to do -- the driveway was spotless, and the drain was totally clear. They were fast, very easy communicate with (used email), and did a great job! We've got a particularly pitched roof that is difficult to maneuver, so it probably took him longer than average but he managed to get our roof completely cleaned. Fantastic service. We have a two story house with lots of gutters, plus a garage with gutters. Technician Vance did a great job scaling the house and cleaning everything out and now our gutters are working without issue. Josh did excellent work cleaning out the gutters, pressure washing the house, and meticulously cleaning all the windows (a ton of them, including 115 year old stain glass). He was great at communicating time and prices for the various jobs. I had a blocked downspout. Jeff gave me an estimate over the phone and then we scheduled a day for him to come out. He showed up early, fixed the problem for the exact quoted price, and promised to come back out if the problem wasn't fixed properly. Fantastic work. Artisan (Josh) immediately responded to my call, contacting me to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Another company offered an estimate/appointment 2 weeks from now, but Artisan said they would do their best to fit me in at the end of their day and they did. They showed up 2 days after I called. The team was on time and immediately resolved our issue. They also offered helpful suggestions going forward. They also blew all the debris out and made sure the area was very clean after their work. Easily made an appointment over the phone. They arrived a bit early(wow)! Gave me an estimate for washing windows inside and out and cleaning debris off roof. I attempted contact via their website. I described the job I had and did not receive a response either by e mail or phone call.

Will not be using again. I made an appointment for cleaning the interior and exterior windows on my modest, 1 1/2 story house--it took three visits to wash the exterior windows, and they failed to show up for washing the interior windows (and did not call). For the exterior, the window cleaner missed his original appointment window by 3 hours (called once after he had missed his 1 hour window to say that he would be another hour delayed--he got there more than 2 hours later), arrived at 3 pm and only had 2 hours of light in which to work. He asked if he could come back at 8 the next morning. Did not show up until 9:20, and left without washing 7 upper story windows. When I called, he told me he had washed them and I was seeing dirt on the inside of the windows. I convinced him that the dirt was on the outside, and he returned and washed the windows saying he did not know how he missed them. He left saying I would need to make a separate appointment to have the inside of the windows washed. The main contact, Josh, said he would do the interior windows himself, but he did not show up at the time he said he would (or at all), nor did he contact me. In a word, unreliable. read more
