I was inspired to contact them to power wash my steep metal roof after I saw the incredible work they did for a neighbor. Their service is safe, thorough, and I cannot believe how clean they got the roof - it looks new! The crew was so careful and they clearly take pride in their work. They are not the cheapest option, but the results mean we won't need to have the roof washed again for a while - and when we do, we will definitely go back to Captain Clean / Allserv!

Many many more places that got missed. I do not recommend this company to anyone, will definitely never hire them again. Also they tried to reschedule on the same day of the service so I told them I don't want to reschedule, that's why they said they sent a second crew, not their main one, trying to blame it on me because I did not want to reschedule what was already set after all this happened. Their quote is similar or even higher than other quotes that I got, so my trust was put in a wrong place. Please see a few pics here after they were done cleaning. Be ware to take pics before and after so you can compare because they will not be responsible when they caused damages.

A couple days later, a lady shows up, which was unexpected, she says the two guys only set appointments and she creates the bids, hmmm, okay. I invite her in, expecting to obtain some kind of verbal or written bid. No bid today, that will need to be presented at a later date and if you're not available to review the bid in-person, then it must be presented via Zoom call. No, we will not text or email you the bid. Hmmm, ok. 3.) I arrange an appointment to review the bid via Zoom call, Fineline skips the appointment completely with no communication. 4.) Window Cleaning was great... I can actually see out of my windows now and they did a thorough job in both interior and exterior without any upsells. They also cleaned the other mirrors in my house as a courtesy. Moss removal... just wow, see pics attached. Gutter cleaning... this is where they went way above and beyond. Long story short, I had a leak in the elbow of one of my downspouts shortly after they finished their cleaning. Naturally, I was confused why this was the case right after the gutters were cleaned by Hendrix. It turns out that the gutters (which are brand new) were installed improperly without proper egress for some of the downspouts. They came back out and helped me diagnose these issues for all of my downspout and helped me think about how to communicate to my gutter company, even though it turned out that none of this was their fault. I will default to Hendrix Window Cleaning in the future for the services that they provide. Beyond competency and professionalism (which is hard enough to find), trust and thoughtfulness are characteristics that they exemplify

Josh gave me a detailed estimate of exactly what would be done, what time he would be there and what to expect. And he met expectations on all levels. This is a good man that is building his company by doing excellent work and relying on his customers to help build his clientele. It also sounds like the whole team had a refresher on what to do if they see something is being damaged so it is not widespread. I certainly do feel like everything looks much better now after the service. I appreciate their work doing everything so quickly so as not to delay the sale of our home.
