He even ran around the day prior to me meeting him to make sure the cars title was up to date. I had to drive about an hour away to get to him, but it was absolutely worth it. Nick left the car on the lift specifically so I could take a look under the car and he gladly popped the hood. He was very courteous and understanding. He disclosed anything and everything - I didn't have to question his honesty at all. He is very upfront. He allowed for me to take a test drive around the area and during the test drive he explained all of the details of the car - he also disclosed all of the improvements he had done to the car in the last month to get it ready to be sold. He provided a list as well and documentation as proof. I accepted the offer and Nick was patient enough to wait for me to go and grab a check from the bank. When I came back we had a brief talk about how to transfer the car, get a new registration and plates. This was the smoothest experience I have ever had when it comes to buying a car. Then when I came to pick the car up, he says the entire line needed to be replaced and it came to 410 dollars!!! I was told it was under warranty and I'd only pay $35 for installation. When I went to check out, I was suddenly charged $82.98 due to a "prorated" fee, something that was never mentioned before the work was done. When I questioned it, the person at the counter was rude and dismissive, saying "What do you want me to do, take the battery out?" That's not a real option, it felt like pressure. He gave a fake apology and blamed me for a "misunderstanding," but I was clearly misled. I later confirmed the battery has a 36-month free replacement warranty, and Firestone failed to honor it. On top of that, their attitude was completely unprofessional.

Suggested replacing them at a convenient time during the next few months, as brake pads were fine. Compared to the relentless upselling I've experienced at Jaguar dealer repair shops, Dan's honesty was a breath of fresh air. He could easily have indicated the necessity for new brake pads and instead honestly recommended a far less expensive sensor replacement. Dan is my go-to Jaguar repair guy going forward.

I recently…read morebought a used car and had them look it over before I paid, they told me exactly what it would need and insisted on not charging me. After the purchase, I took it to a dealer for some recall work and also because a weird vibration in the front end developed and the dealer quoted $450. I took it back to Looz for a second opinion and both Lou and Chuck did some troubleshooting and realized it was something small that cost $40 to fix. You cant ask for anything more, definitely take your car to them.
