It's one person, pressing a button to bring my dry cleaning around, scanning the SKU, and accepting my legal tender. What did I delay her day, another 90 seconds? She also opts to mumble "You're welcome" after I've turned and walked out the door AND yell something about "7pm" at me (because that door is still propped wide open) as I hang my suit up in the car. I yell back, "YOU'LL BE ALRIGHT", to which she shouts again "I WASN'T EVEN TALKING TO YOU!." Suffice to say, my wife and I have spent our money at your establishment for the last time. In defense of your employee, we probably only drop ~$75 annually on dry cleaning (if that), so I doubt it's hurting your bottom line. So, to Yelp I turned and happened upon Colvin Cleaners. They told me they regularly do same day service as long as the garments are there by 10:30 am and that I could expect them back at or before 3 pm. Eureka!! I drove like a mad woman straight there from the southern tier and arrived at 10:32 am. Despite my tardiness for the 10:30 deadline, the counter staff was very friendly, bright and cheerful and greeted me with a "how can we help?" They set up an account for me, checked in my items, and told me I could expect a text when the dry cleaning could be picked up, all in under 5 minutes! I decided to run errands while in Buffalo for my trip. Sure enough at about 2:30 pm, I got a text informing me my clothes were ready. I arrived, to find yet more bright happy and helpful service staff at the counter. I paid a very reasonable sum for my clothes and was on my way.
