I asked someone on FB who can I get to wash my clothes because I can't walk up and down the steps lugging bags back and forth to the laundromat, I was immediately referred to LAST CALL Laundry Services. That was about 6 years ago. Since then, Last Call has laundered my clothes regularly especially when there's too many clothes and I'm overwhelmed. They come pick up my funky clothes and bring them back 2 days later hot, fresh, clean and folded. Everything is done so perfectly and I feel like Samantha, when they arrive back.. as If I just twinkled my nose and they're all clean and folded and fresh.. and it's so easy, Knowing I didn't really do it on my own. Latasha Bullock and Co. really have something special here. and it's a essential service I'd recommend to any single man.. with disabilities. Last call washing my clothes makes it easier for me. What is a fair reaction on the part of the girl working? Slamming her phone down when she looks up and sees me? Sure. Throwing my suit on the rack in an angry manner? Fine. Feels like we're even at this point, no? You're not a restaurant! Me walking in at 6:59pm, *while the door is propped WIDE open mind you*, doesn't make the whole kitchen staff have to wait. It's one person, pressing a button to bring my dry cleaning around, scanning the SKU, and accepting my legal tender. What did I delay her day, another 90 seconds? She also opts to mumble "You're welcome" after I've turned and walked out the door AND yell something about "7pm" at me (because that door is still propped wide open) as I hang my suit up in the car. I yell back, "YOU'LL BE ALRIGHT", to which she shouts again "I WASN'T EVEN TALKING TO YOU!." Suffice to say, my wife and I have spent our money at your establishment for the last time. In defense of your employee, we probably only drop ~$75 annually on dry cleaning (if that), so I doubt it's hurting your bottom line. And although my formal training is not in dermatology, she may want to get that lip ring checked out for an infection because she has got one nasty lip on her!

The manager refused to take my name to confirm. It was evident, there would be no reimbursement. This laundrymat has no attendent on site, and safety is a concern with vagrants occasionally going in and out. Machines are okay. Dryers do not dry clothing well without great expenditure.I would not recommend this establishment.

The place is normally way more trashed than what the pictures show, it's been a slow day here today. This place has turned into a complete shithole!! No longer recommend this place and I'll be finding someplace else to do my laundry. Do better and I might consider bringing my $60 worth of weekly laundry back, but till you fix these major problems I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest anyone who read this to do the same.

I haven't had to use one since we've lived in this neighborhood, but have noticed Washingtown DC nearby, so I went there. This is definitely a no frills, no perks, old-school laundromat. No wi-fi, no drink or food vending, no public bathroom, mostly older looking machines, a few marked 'Out of Order'. The top-loader wash machines I used were $2 a load, dryers were a quarter per seven minutes. The seating is a mish-mash of plastic lawn chairs strewn about. There's an old tube TV with antenna channels, and a payphone that's actually operational. I checked. And that's about it. My rating is based on how Washingtown compares to other laundromats I've used in the past, and this functional but dated place is definitely lacking in niceties. Truly meh. A couple positives, though. It wasn't busy, no problems getting machines. And easy parking next to the building for lugging stuff in and out. If your priority is a laundromat without a crowd, and bare-bones amenities are adequate, Washingtown might work for you. If I had to regularly use a laundromat, it probably wouldn't be my first choice.
