First, the stations seemed a bit dirty but they did wipe them off with a nail brush but little did I know they also then use the same brush on your nails!! ew! Then I continued to have issues and try to go back to have the same nail "fixed." Well the bumpy nails then separated from the natural nail salon which allowed water in. Number 5 station will give you fungus. Please do not make the same mistake. I do not know how this buisness is open as no one washes their hands either. Went in was greeted, helped right away and they checked my temperature very nice environment i thought. Sat me down and i waited my turn, i was a walk in. Nice setting, very modern salon. I've seen this place on instagram & if you've seen their Instagram, all you come across are perfect sets of nails. Well Mine ended up being the worst set of nails I've ever had in my life. The guy who attended me not only made me bleed i told him it hurt, looked at me and said not a word. he glued my pinky nail pointing towards the ceiling and i made note of it and he did not fix at all nor offer to even glue another piece on. I was 7 months pregnant hormonal and thought why not treat myself, i felt the biggest knot happening right then and there but it was embarrassing enough i just sucked it up and wished it was over so i can relive myself to my tears. I even tipped humbely wished him a good rest of his day and lastly thanked him. But I noted as I was leaving that I was never coming back. Another worker also I forgot to mention finished lotioning my hand for the older man that actually did my nails because it looked like he was rushing to leave.. anyways he gave me a quick hand message, very sweet, very charismatic you get guy and within the few minutes of us talking I could sense that he also didn't feel satisfied with my nails glancing at them several times but did offer to help the older man that did my nails. I tired this place a few times, only for a pedicure. They are cheaper then most places, but the atmosphere is anything but relaxing. It's extremely loud with the 2 Male workers laughing and yelling to each other from across the room. My pedicures usually last 1-2 months before the polish chips off a little. Within a week, almost half of my polish was chipped off so they are either watering down their polish or using cheap products. Wont be returning.. read more

Never going here again. Made two appointments for pedicures simultaneously, days in advance, got there and they said they only had time for one. Yet as I sat waiting for my friend to get finished there were 3 empty pedicure chairs and 4 people just sitting at their tables. Got a new gel set and my nails are different lengths and shapes. Some are square, others are rounded. If it was possible to give no, or even negative stars I would. I do not recommend going here. Have been to this salon a few times, because of the convenience. I tolerated things like my nails not even etc. This is, as expressed by another customer, one of those shops where they convince you your twisted nails are straight. I spent over $75 there on Monday. When the young lady (who sits next to Michael) did my nails they were clearly extremely thick. I asked her to make it thinner for me and she attempted to do so... I had to leave. Didn't want her to feel bad so I stopped complaining about it. Tried to work with it. But couldn't. I went back in today ( yesterday was July 4th) and could not believe I was told that I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN!!!! Last time they would ever get my money! Tonight I went to get an acrylic fill. I have been here before, but it's been a while. I got table number 4, I believe his name was Todd, maybe Tom. A friend recommended that I try the chrome finish. I asked the tech about it and he seemed annoyed that I didn't know what color I wanted. We continue, he helped me pick out the color, loudly, which I chalked up to the language barrier. He increasing seemed to get annoyed by something, he kept huffing and squeezing my fingers. We had no conversation the entire time. He was rough with my hands, shoving them away from him and pulling them towards him. Anyway, the chrome finish requires a base, and he instructed me to put my hand under the light. I guess the light wasn't on, I didn't notice. When he had me take my hand out, the base hadn't cured and he started yelling that I didn't tell him the light was on. I said I didn't notice. So he had to redo the base, fine right? Nope, he squeezed my fingers so hard that my pinky knuckle cracked. He said nothing. He started to yell in his language and increasing got louder, along with his huffing. At this point, I'm extremely uncomfortable. I wanted to get up and just leave. I look at my other hand and there is a huge streak down one nail, I asked him about it and he didn't see it and that it was shadow and turned off his light, I asked if he was going to fix it. At that point, he got up and threw his brush and gel on the table and yelled in his language and in English that it is my fault and that I bumped the nail. I'm not sure what he did after that because he walked out and left me sitting at the station. Kenny, the man next to him, came over and finished my nails. Kenny was great and even tried to talk to me a bit, he saw that I was visibly upset. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Besides it being super dirty and dusty, they have unprofessional and rude techs. I have no idea what he was yelling in his language, but some of the workers were giggling. It is not a friendly atmosphere. When I asked Kenny why the other tech got so upset at me, he said he must have had a bad day. I don't know of that's true or not, or if Kenny was just trying to get me to call down, but that's no excuse either. My original tech came back in and went straight to the back where you could hear him yelling in the back room. I honestly have no idea what set him off, but he was really mad. He also ripped up my cuticles in the process. I'm going to call tomorrow and speak to management but I don't see it going anywhere. But everyone just be aware. I would recommend Kenny. All of his clients seem to love him, and he has a great personality. This Todd/Tom should not treat clients like this. Easy way to loose business. There's nail salons on every corner, why should I come back? Not even an apology. And Maya was sitting there doing a woman's nails while all of this happened. I cannot believe the way ideas treated. i like most of the nail techs... mya is the best.. kenny most of the guys except for the miserable one with the attitude who doesnt listen to what you want.. also the old woman ripped my toenail off when they were at asia nails.. so i would NOT let her touch your feet ever.. they actually didnt finish the pedi and charged me..
