Terrible service. I mainly get pedicure for the leg and foot massage. Barely lasted a minute and I said something about it. She barely rubbed lotion on my legs. No massage just barely applying lotion. Touched my left foot and not my right foot at all. I asked if they carried a specific color and they just told me to look at tHr samples. Paint job is fine. 45$ wasted. I only tipped 5$ even though she didn't deserve it. Never going there again. Just a waste. read more

This was our first time here and will be the last. We were rushed, they were rough with the way they filed our nails and moved our hands and feet around, the gel polish was not put on smoothly, and there were not enough coats of polish. This was way too expensive for the service we received. They also did not clean the pedicure tub after our pedis and someone else sat there to get her nails done. Three people were waiting a while without service so they left. They jumped from person to person (finished someone's toes then moved to someone else's toes) then came back to do finger nails; we were there two hours which is a short time for mani/pedi for three people but they did not rub our legs and arms with lotion for more than maybe two minutes. Very rushed experience. There was probably a reason why there was no wait at all. I came in for gel polish and was in and out in 15 minutes or less. No frills, little to no conversation (not that I was expecting anything different) so I wasn't let down with the interaction... Except that my gel polish (which is suppose to hold up and last much longer) started chipping in 3 days. I was pretty let down with the quality. They last longer when I paint them myself and save $25.00. read more

If I could give less than one star I would do so. I went today to get my eyebrows waxed. I'm not sure what his name is but the tech was so rude, there is no bed to lay down. He had me sit in a chair. He was extremely rough, so rough that I have a bruise under my eyebrow and one above my lip. I've never had a bruise from getting waxed. I called because I wanted to complaint when I realized my face is bruised but who ever answered the phone hung up on me. read more

I have been to this place several times for pedicures. They always used to be $25 until about the last year and you can upgrade for an extra $5, but I have discovered that the extra $5 doesn't seem worth it, so I told the male that was doing my pedicure that I just wanted the basic for $25....well, that seemed to set the whole tone for attitude from then on out. While he did a good job with the pedicure, I was made to feel very uncomfortable for not chosing the upgrade. I have been going here for four years and don't think I will be back. read more

Waste of money! I got a "spa" pedicure and manicure and it took only 30 minutes for both. I have had tons of spa pedicures and they include special treatments and a massage. That's not the case here. The guy rushed the whole time. $40 for basically getting my feet wet and polish! Ridiculous! I will not be back! read more

Nails Lifted. Were not filed right. The man cut me. I should have taken the hint when no one was there.. will NEVER go there again.

I had my old set removed and a new gel set put on. My only issue was that I was there for an hour because the young girl doing my nails kept getting caught up in the soap that was on the tv. Also, the male that works there was sitting in a chair with his shoes off and his feet up on a counter. They used freshly sanitized utensils and trimmed my cuticles and even did a little hand massage. Overall a good experience and I will go back. Just wish I had spoken up more about the tv watching. read more

This is the worst place EVER!! Never go here they're so rude! I went to get my eyebrows done and they just took me to the back room and made me sit on the chair. Then he grabbed my face very roughly and then started putting on the wax before I even said how I wanted them or anything. He then proceeded to put wax my eyebrows and made them look terrible. My eyebrows look like straight lines. The absolute worse place you could ever go to. My eyebrows are so embarrassing I don't even want to go in public. read more

If this shop isn't busy, they give you a lot of attention. My pedicure took about 25 minutes with none of that waiting time. But...If the shop is busy, they often rush and seem to cut corners. My toes always look good at least 3 weeks, and sometimes longer. I will come back...it's convenient and predictable. HORRIBLE!!! Do not come here! I only rated it a 1 star because I had to In order to write a review. Seriously Walmart's regal nails In anderson is 10000 times better than this nail salon!! They do not ask you what you want and they do whatever they want to do or is more convenient for them, and on top of that, they do it very very very poorly and without care. My mom came here once and they tore her whole finger nail off and made her bleed and they did not refund her money. And today my sister went there (because it was nearest to our home and she was running late for an event) and they did her nails without asking what she wanted and finally my sister told them that what they were doing was not what she wanted and she said she wanted a differnt shape,and instead of restarting or giving her money back, the man doing her nails just filed off the sides off of her already very short nails causing her to bleed. Worst Nail Salon for Customer Service. The older women did my nails and would talk in her language to the young girl. I got the feeling they were talking about me. The older women kept looking at my stomach and telling the young one I guess that I had a Fat stomach. The man did my girlfriend's nails very Rude jearking her hand around like it was a robot. I noticed an over weight girl come in and once again the older women said something to the young girl about her weight. My friend and I are x Manicurits so this is the wrong way to get returning customers. I will never go back. So if your nice and skinny I guess you won't get talked about. TERRIBLE! I went in to have a pedicure and gel polish on my nails. I was in and out in 30 minutes. For once, fast was not a good thing. I was charged full price for a pedicure when all I got was paint and scrub. When I said something the lady acted like now she didn't understand English. I was also charged full price for a gel manicure when all she did was clip my nails (too short I may add), file them down and didnt shape and then apply the polish. The polish was all over the skin around my nails. when I asked her to take it off she said, well that becuase your skin is cracked, I cant do anything about that. Made an appointment for my twin granddaughters and myself for pedicures. I paid $105 for three "spa" pedicures. From start to finish the three of us were there for 25 minutes. I've had many, many pedicures in my life. A spa pedicure includes special skin treatments for feet and lower legs. Also a nice massage. It's impossible to do in 20 minutes. I feel it was a rip-off and won't go back. I have callouses on my 72-year old toes and he didn't even use a pumice stone. I have red toenails but otherwise you cannot tell I've had a $30+ pedicure! read more

I have been a customer there since 2009 and I will never go back. Their business is gotten really bad. Pedicure by female owner cut my toe when she was doing it....didn't say a word of apology to me, it was so bad that it was very painful for 2 weeks. I then got a manicure and she got busy half way through and female owner push me out of the chair, screwed up my polish, won't listen to me that polish needed to be fixed, she have already collected her outrageous fee, also a different price each time for same service, when I ask her about it she acts like she doesn't understand you, that's bull. Then I found out my daughter went there the next day and got a tech that must of been new (female owner was watching her like a hawk the previous day) and 3 of her fingers were nixed during the manicure and was charge a different price than me for the same things. Their talking on the phone, to each other in the native language and being very rude and ruff and then collecting outrageous fees and I was asked to pay part of it in cash, was the last straw for me.....will never be returning. read more

Went in to have my nails taken off which should have cost $10 they did not soak them off they ripped them off Then charged me $20 for a mani that there was no lotion no massage no polish nothing used just ripped off nails making my fingers very sore. Looking for a place to get a pedicure on a Sunday, I called Aqua and all of their nail techs were out for the day. I was told that they set their own schedule are are generally off on Sunday and Monday. I went to Art Nails and was treated very well by the nail techs. $25 for a pedicure is quite a deal and the sign posted says mani and pedi for $35. One of the techs even painted a flower for my daughter at no additional charge. For great service and professionalism, I highly recommend Art Nails. read more
